In addition to weekly meditations, she also creates custom, personal practices for those moving through times of change, healing, or uncertainty - meditations thoughtfully crafted to reflect the heart of your journey. Though her work now centers around creating meditations, her path is supported by training through the Guided Meditation Framework, over 700 hours of yoga teacher training, and a Health & Wellness Coaching certification from MindBodyGreen - each a thread in the tapestry of what she offers.
