Awakening is a guided meditation course into the living rhythm of spring - a season of emergence, growth, expression, and becoming - and a time that teaches us how transformation truly unfolds. Across twelve sessions, you will be guided through the natural arc of inner transformation - learning to move with the energy of the season rather than against it: thawing what has been still, planting clear intention, rooting deeply, rising with confidence, unfolding with grace, blooming in full color, and integrating the steady wisdom of cyclical growth. Throughout the course, the imagery of seed, root, stem, and bloom reflects your own inner unfolding. The seed planted here is your intention - a quality, truth, or way of being ready to grow within you. Each session is approximately 12–17 minutes in length, allowing space for both guided practice and reflection, and includes a reflective opening, a guided meditation rooted in breath and visualization, a period of stillness, and an optional flow-writing prompt to deepen personal exploration and integration. Woven throughout each session are moments of quiet teaching - gentle insights, reflective guidance, and words of wisdom offered to support deeper contemplation and inner understanding. Through this blend of meditation and reflection, you will learn to recognize where you are in your own cycle of growth, set meaningful intention, build inner stability and trust, and allow your next steps to emerge with clarity and confidence. This course is designed to gently build momentum while remaining grounded in stillness. Rather than pushing toward growth, you will learn to work in harmony with your natural rhythm - cultivating clarity, resilience, self-trust, and a deeper connection to the wisdom already within you. By the end of these twelve sessions, you may find yourself feeling more energized yet grounded, more confident in your direction, and more deeply connected to the steady, cyclical wisdom of your own becoming.

Colleen Hetherington is a meditation guide, yoga teacher, and immersive coach whose work centers on the healing power of breath, stillness, and gentle presence. With years of experience in contemplative practice and guiding others through seasons of inner transition, her teachings blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, and poetic imagery to help listeners reconnect with themselves in meaningful, accessible ways.
