Welcome to today's meditation.
Find a comfortable seating position and slowly come to stillness with your eyes closed.
Today's meditation will enhance the quality heavy so that it can serve you.
The quality heavy grounds you and makes you stable and gives you the ability to not react to outside stimuli.
So in the next few minutes we will let go of the quality light and embrace the quality heavy.
Take a few breaths now to arrive in a calm state of mind.
Take your time.
A few more thoughts wander around your marvelous brain for a moment before finding absolute stillness and quiet.
First of all let us neutralize the word heavy.
Neither light or heavy are good or bad.
They are merely qualities.
So just a moment to neither vilify or celebrate either of them.
Light and heavy both can be useful at certain times.
So take a few breaths now to neutralize your attitude.
Now before we say goodbye to the quality light,
Let us be grateful for it.
Consciously create gratitude for the quality light.
Light can serve you.
It allows you to be floating,
Happy and easily move between places.
It allows you to dance and disconnect.
But now in this moment lightness is not needed anymore.
So take a moment to thank the light quality before you let it go.
With every breath you take now,
Feel the quality light disappear.
Trust that it can come back whenever you need it.
But now increase the quality heavy in your body and mind.
Become heavy in your entire being.
With every breath allow yourself to let go of the quality light and increase the quality heavy.
Imagine a conversation you will have after this meditation and picture and observe yourself how heavy and relaxed you are,
How heavy you are able to talk,
How calm your body language,
How non-reactive your mind.
Embrace the quality heavy.
Embrace heavy in your mind and your body.
Feel your breath becoming heavy,
Slow,
Deep,
Regular breathing.
Feel your thoughts becoming heavy,
Fixed,
Certain,
Strong,
Heavy thoughts.
Feel your attitude becoming heavy,
In control,
Not moving anywhere.
A heavy attitude.
For the next five exhales say the word heavy in your mind every time you breathe out.
Say it five times and feel your entire body and mind becoming heavy.
Keep breathing,
Keep embracing heaviness.
Now slowly reconnect with the world around you.
Without losing your heaviness,
Slowly become conscious of where you are and what you want to do next.
Stay heavy both in your body and in your mind while you come out of this meditation.
Slowly move some fingers whilst staying heavy.
Slowly open your eyes whilst staying heavy.
Stay heavy.
