I invite you to get comfortable so make sure your room and your bed are ready for sleep as this moment is for you wherever you are allow yourself to be comfortable and now close your eyes so now let's breathe in for the count of three hold the three and now release the three and again breathe in for three hold the three and release the three and allow your breathing to return to a pace that's just right for you as you relax even deeper as you listen to the sound of my voice as with each breath that you gift your body you are breathing in relaxation and breathing out stress,

Worry and tension as this time is for you so allow your breath to bring relaxation into your body and out to your arms wrists and fingers and imagine that in these moments you are free of worry and tension so be aware of any remaining tension any thoughts or negative mental talk and know that you can return to them in a clearer more present space when our time is done but tonight it's time to let go and relax ready yourself for a deep and wonderful sleep and as you continue to relax let's go in your body start to picture your heart center and imagine that there is a white light emanating from your heart breathe in for three hold for three and breathe out for three and the white light grows and expands and you can feel it flowing through your body expanding down through your torso legs and into your feet and your toes may wiggle as you feel the light fill them and then move out and beyond and your body may start to feel warmer as this light cascades within you and you smile at this light and feel it getting warmer and warmer as it reaches out beyond you into the space of light that always is breathing in holding and releasing moving your hands out into the light space that is connecting with your body you look around and all you see is light beautiful healing white light a light that seems to fill you up and release any tension you may have you can feel your shoulders settle you can feel your jaw and your face slowly take in this beautiful light as you feel your face relax and as you look around you realise that the light is limitless that the light is both holding you and within you you are amazed at the feeling of your energy within the flow of the greater energy that is this light and in this moment you become aware that you just have to let go let go and breathe in hold and release just enjoying this space feel and be as you wish in this time and space that you are a part of knowing that all things as you are light and there is always a greater energy waiting to channel within you breathing in for three holding for three and releasing for three you are loved and connected to all things breathing in and releasing you are safe you are connected you are more than you ever imagined and you are drifting gently into a deep restful night's sleep drifting relaxing and letting go feeling the light space around you feeling safe and knowing that you are truly truly loved good night
