This gentle sleep meditation is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and fall into a deep, restorative sleep. As you breathe slowly and settle into stillness, you’ll be guided to relax every part of your body—from your fingers and toes to your face and shoulders—inviting a sense of warmth, heaviness, and peace. You’ll be gently led into a dreamy, sleep-ready state as your thoughts soften and drift away. With each breath, your body relaxes more deeply and your mind grows quieter, until you find yourself effortlessly slipping into restful, uninterrupted sleep. Ideal for anyone looking to fall asleep easily and enjoy a night of calm, continuous rest.

Welcome to this sleep session.

In a moment you will begin to feel very sleepy.

So please make sure you're in a comfortable place and that there are no distractions.

This time is just for you.

And when you're ready take a couple of easy,

Deep breaths and really feel your shoulders and body relax.

Breathing in and breathing out and breathing out.

You may continue this pattern or breathe in a way that's comfortable for you at this time as you start to relax deeper and deeper.

And imagine now that your hands and feet are warming up.

Feel the sensation of warmth between your fingers.

Relax slightly by resting your shoulders now.

Letting your arms just let go.

The tingly,

Warm feeling you sense relaxes your hands and feet.
