This gentle guided meditation will help you relax fully so you can drift effortlessly into deep sleep. You’ll begin by releasing tension throughout your body. With every slow breath, your muscles loosen, your body feels heavier, and you settle into complete comfort. There is nothing left to do, nowhere to go — only this moment of deep relaxation. From there, your imagination carries you into a beautiful evening garden. The soft grass beneath your feet, the scent of flowers on the breeze, and the warmth of the fading sun all invite you to let go even more. At the center of this tranquil space, you’ll discover a strong, welcoming hammock. Step by step, you climb in and sink into its cocoon of safety and ease. As the hammock rocks gently side to side, waves of calm wash over you, soothing every part of your being. The rhythmic swaying cradles you deeper and deeper, like being held in loving arms, until you drift naturally into peaceful, nourishing sleep.

Thank you for joining me and I'd like you to make yourself comfortable just settle yourself down and allow all of the muscles in your body to start to feel loose limp and to start to relax so let your feet your stomach and chest and your throat and all of those facial muscles just let them feel loose and so relax and so the whole of your body is starting to feel comfortable perhaps beginning to feel heavy or almost as though you're floating because everyone feels different and it's such a wonderful feeling knowing that there is nothing of any importance for you to do right now at this moment there is nothing to do no place to go nobody wants anything and nobody needs anything there is nothing to do and allow yourself to feel even more comfortable even more relaxed and allow your imagination eight beautiful evenings just imagine it now the sun has started to set in the sky and there is still a soothing warmth in the air it's warming your face and your legs making you feel even more comfortable even more relaxed comfortable and relaxed and so allow yourself to go even deeper into gentle and in your inner mind and I'd like for you to create the most beautiful perfect garden with your favorite flowers and you can smell the flowers on the light evening breeze as you notice them gently sway in the wind and you feel the soft blaze of grass beneath your feet the very green luscious grass that stretches out in front of you and in this garden is a hammer suspended between two strong old oak trees and from one of the broad branches is a very thick rope from which you can pull yourself up into the hammer and there are five notches on the rope and it's very safe and secure and so you begin to climb and the higher you go the stronger you feel and the stronger you feel the more comfortably relaxed you become so taking yourself up one feeling safe comfortable comfortable and relaxing inside with every upward notch you reach two even higher even more relaxed and back feeling so strong now and so relaxed and at ease and finally five from where you can gently and easily swing yourself over and lower yourself into the hammer so swing slowly across above the center of the hammer and lower yourself down into this cocoon of comfort deep relaxation lower yourself gently and easily into the hammer and feel the waves of relaxation washing down over you just like they do in a warm shower where time stands still whilst you bathe in the waves waves of warm soothing water waves of relaxation that soothe and caress your body as this stresses and strains of everyday life are gently washed away washed away from your body allowing your inner self to feel absolute peace and tranquility and as you snuggle down further into the hammer feeling so good settling comfortably feeling so totally relaxed and notice the hammer rocking gently from side to side going deeper and deeper into relaxation rocking you from side to side side to side just like a baby in its mother's arms nurtured and loved side to side as you go deeper and deeper into relaxation side to side and as you drift and rock you notice the deepening sunset a sign that it's time to sleep as you move deeper and deeper into total relaxation and sleep and each and every time you sway in your hammer it takes you deeper and deeper into gentle sleep and deeper into sleep and sleep

This meditation has such a gentle flow that it feels like being slowly rocked into rest. Dr Salone’s voice is really calming and the pauses give just enough space to sink into stillness. I often struggle to reach deep sleep, waking up through the night, but with this track I stayed asleep longer and woke up feeling more restored
