This time here is just for you to let go of all the stresses and strains of the day as you've got nothing to do right now but to relax.
Let go and enjoy the wonderful feelings developing deep within you.
Just relax and any noises you may hear from either inside or outside the room that you're in and every word i say makes you more deeply relaxed but calm into your mind to drift as if on a cloud let them drift in and any time a thought drifts in oh let it drift out and in a moment i'd like you to take some long slow deep breath just fill your lungs with air and as you slowly breathe out think in your mind that's deeply deeply deeply relaxed and as you think these words you will notice that you gradually become deeply deeply deeply relaxed so now now breathe in so now just allow your breathing to return to a safe natural pattern that's right for you at this time as you continue relaxing deeply and imagine that as you breathe in you're breathing in calmness breathing in relaxation and as you breathe out you breathe away any tension any worries or anxiety and feel your physical body let it all happen completely naturally and it's a wonderful feeling to know that there's nothing nothing you need to do right now nobody wants anything nobody needs anything there's no place to go right now nothing to do just allow yourself to relax trust in the sound of my voice and allow my voice to enter your mind and take you deeper and deeper down to a wonderful place a place of peace a place of tranquility and I'd like you to imagine now as you rest and relax even deeper that you're scanning your entire body to ensure that you are completely relaxed so begin now by focusing on your feet just imagine every muscle every nerve and fiber and imagine now that relaxation moving as a wave drifting slowly up past your ankles into your calf and as your calf muscles relax and totally of deep relaxation is now moving past your knees into your thighs and as your thighs relax you drift deeper and deeper now deeply relaxed and notice your breathing as you relax so calm so peaceful and so very free and allow your stomach muscles to let go now and as they do that wave of relaxation drifts right the way through your body moving up into your back and as your back muscles relax feel yourself drifting deeper and deeper deeper now deep into this beautiful relaxing sleep and focus on your hands now to become limp loose and relaxed every muscle every fibre relaxing now allowing that relaxation to drift and soothe relaxing every muscle in your arms as it drifts up past your elbows and into your shoulders and imagine that wave of relaxation imagine massaging all of the tension out of your shoulder muscles and as that tension is released you allow that tension to just be washed away as that wave of relaxation and as the tension goes allow your shoulders to drop and just let go as that wave of relaxation continues to drift up your neck relaxing every single muscle moving around the back of your head soothing washing away any cares or worries that you may have just leaving a feeling of calmness within you and as this relaxation drifts over your scalp relaxing all those muscles in your forehead feel your cheeks soften and smooth as they relax totally down around your mouth onto your jaw drifting away just feel that relaxation in each and every part of your body every muscle every tendon every fibre totally and completely body relaxed ready to drift off on a wave of sleep relaxing releasing letting go sleep deep rest relaxation relaxation of mind sleep now
