Welcome.
In today's meditation,
We soften into a quiet,
Sacred place.
A space of deep rest,
Of gentle renewal.
Not somewhere outside of you,
But a space within.
A calm,
Beautiful presence that has always been there,
Waiting patiently,
Waiting for you to return,
To come home to yourself.
In this meditation,
We honor you.
But before we begin,
We allow ourselves to let go,
To set everything else down.
All that you have been carrying,
The weight of the day,
The responsibilities,
The thoughts that are still lingering in your mind.
We set those down.
Gently imagine placing it all into a soft,
Beautiful container.
Closing the container and setting it down.
Just for now.
And take in a deep,
Nourishing breath.
And with your exhale,
Allow the body to soften.
Allow the shoulders to release.
Let yourself arise into this moment.
As we begin this meditation,
We honor your past.
Gently bring your awareness to where you have been.
The life you have lived.
The many versions of you.
The ones that have carried you here.
The one who learned.
The one who showed up,
Again and again,
With so much heart.
The one who held what no one else could see.
The one who kept going,
Even when it felt heavy.
Take a moment here and breathe.
There is nothing to change.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to figure out.
Simply witness this life.
Your life.
And as something gently arises.
A memory.
A feeling.
A sensation.
Meet it with softness.
With kindness.
With a quiet compassion.
Now soften.
Allow yourself to simply be with it.
Now softly affirm within.
I see you.
I honor all you have carried.
I recognize your strength.
I am so deeply proud of you.
And now we bring our awareness to this present moment.
And we do so by coming back to the breath.
We return to our body.
And feel the softness beneath you.
Supporting you completely.
Allow your body to feel heavy.
Fully held.
With nothing to carry.
Nowhere else to be.
Just here.
Right here.
You are safe.
There is nothing you need to fix.
Nothing you need to solve.
No one you need to care for.
Not in this moment.
Just be.
Take another slow deep breath in.
And a long gentle breath out.
Place one hand onto your heart.
And one hand onto your belly.
Begin to feel the rhythm of your breath.
Soft.
Steady.
Calming.
This is your quiet place.
This is your sanctuary.
Not something to search for.
But something you'll return to.
Again and again.
And now we turn towards who you are becoming.
In this open peaceful space.
Allow yourself to imagine.
The version of you that is still unfolding.
The version of you that is still growing.
Still expanding.
She is not rushing.
She is not behind.
She is becoming.
In her own time.
In her own beautiful way.
Let this settle softly into your heart.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to see the whole path in front of you.
Life will continue to unfold.
Gently.
Naturally.
And you will meet it.
Just as you always have.
And somewhere within.
There is a quiet knowing.
That you are supported.
That you are being guided.
And in its own way.
All will be well.
Not always easy.
Not always perfect.
But held steady.
Unfolding.
There is so much within you.
So much love.
So much possibility.
Think about that.
What is possible?
Bring your awareness back to your heart.
Notice how much is held here.
Your past.
Your present.
Your future dreams.
All living here together.
This space within you.
Is always available.
In a pause.
In a moment of stillness.
In the gentle touch of your hands.
You are not separate from this place.
You are this place.
Let yourself feel that.
And hold this quiet knowing in your heart.
