Hello.
Let's begin this meditation in a relaxed state.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position or lying down and connect to your breath.
Fill the breath as it flows into the body.
Notice the body's response as you exhale out.
Begin to slow the breath down.
Begin to deepen the breath.
Allow your body to follow this breath,
Softening,
Relaxing.
Today's meditation,
We tap into some peaceful moments.
And with each exhale,
Sink into a deeper stillness as if you could place pause on life.
With each of your exhales,
Soften a bit more.
Feel yourself unwinding.
When we place pause on life,
We realize that life is unfolding with magical perfection.
When we find a bit of stillness,
We realize that everything is just as it should be.
Relax into this idea that life is unfolding around you perfectly,
Beautifully.
Soften into this knowing.
For when we let go and we just allow,
There is profound peace.
This place of peace brings you closer to your truth,
Your soul,
To love.
When you find this place of peace,
You may experience,
When you stop pushing against life,
All your stress,
All your concerns will fade away.
When we let go of our ideas of how things should be,
And the constant resisting,
Life will begin to flow with more ease.
We'll rest here for a moment,
Letting go,
Releasing.
We'll rest here in the stillness,
Allowing peace to flow into our body,
Allowing an outpouring of bliss.
Place your hands onto your heart.
Bring your breath to the heart.
As you move through your day,
Set the intention to relax into the flow of life.
Practice living with more ease.
Allow yourself to feel peace.
