Gently bring awareness now to the top of your head and invite a sense of melting downward.

Let the feet fall open.
Imagine now the earth gently rising to hold you.
You don't need to hold yourself up right now.
You can let go.
Even a little.
Begin to imagine a warm gentle wave of peace slowly washing over you.
This wave asks nothing of you.
It simply says you are safe now.
You are allowed to rest.
Let it move through your body,
Washing away the urgency,
The pressure,
The noise.
Let your breath be a little slower.
Let your thoughts drift like clouds in a wide sky.
You might repeat silently,
