And I want to walk you through a short recentering practice.
So if your energy tends to go all over the place,
All over the price.
Let's take a moment and bring it back.
So the way we can start,
And you can do this with your eyes open,
Since you're looking at me.
Put your hand on your center of gravity somewhere in your belly.
And you can let yourself intuitively feel where that is.
Just find that center of gravity.
Have the palm of your hand there.
And then slowly breathe.
Down into your belly and into your hands.
And when you release,
Allow the energy of your hand to relax your stomach.
Again,
Breathing into your belly.
Into your hand.
As you breathe out.
Relaxing your stomach.
With your hand.
Is noticing that center of gravity.
Coming out of your head,
Which is normally where we spend our time and energy.
And down into the belly.

You're not holding on to your center of gravity with dear life for dear life.
Just relax and breathe.
And then from here.

I want you to take your hand and put it on the center of your chest.
And this could be the center of our identity.
Maybe the center of our emotional body.
And you can breathe into your hand on your chest.
Notice how that feels.
Notice what it's like to notice your center.
Here in the chest.
Great work.
We've got three centers.
Or abdomen.
Our chest,
And our head.
Notice where your energy is.
And just like you can both be aware of your arms and your legs and your body at the same time.
You can be aware of all three centers.
And just breathe.
When you need to do a head task,
You can be in your head.
When you have a heart task centered in your chest.
Body-oriented tasks.
Centered in the belly.
