Hello and welcome to this guided imagery journey.
My name is Desi Ivanova and I am a clinical hypnotherapist.
We will venture on a journey through the forest for healing,
Comfort and deep restorative sleep.
And go ahead now and close your eyes.
Taking three deep cleansing breaths and allowing every exhale to signal to your body that it is time to go within.
And now allow your intuition to bring up a color for you.
A color that feels very soothing and healing in this moment.
And then visualize,
Imagine,
Sense of feel that this color is being manifested right above your head in the shape of an energy ball.
A glowing energy ball.
Allow this energy ball filled with your healing color to shrink or expand to just the right size for you today.
And now imagine,
Sense of feel how this energy ball begins to move through your body from the top of your head.
Moving through your scalp,
Releasing,
Relaxing everything it touches.
Healing all that needs to heal.
Moving down through forehead,
Eyebrows,
Eyes as your eyes relax twice as much sinking deep into your eye sockets.
And then it moves down through nose,
Cheekbones,
Down into your jaw relaxing,
Releasing your jaw.
Even your teeth relax,
Lips and tongue relax.
Even the skin on your face,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And then down,
Feel this energy ball glowing with your healing color moving to the back of your head and you feel the back of your head now relaxing,
Sinking deeper into your pillow,
Completely releasing,
Letting go.
And the energy ball glides down to the back of your neck now,
Releasing vertebrae by vertebrae,
Creating space between the vertebrae,
Allowing for your spinal fluid to move freely up and down the spine.
And then the energy ball moves to the front in your throat,
Healing all that needs to heal.
Your vocal folds relaxing,
Releasing,
Thyroid gland letting go.
And then down,
Feeling the energy ball moving into your shoulders now,
Releasing,
Relaxing all those responsibilities,
Melting them away.
Feel any weight just sliding right off your shoulders now.
Even if it's just for now,
Just for this guided meditation,
Allow it all to fall off your shoulders as you feel the healing touch of the energy ball.
And the energy ball moves down from shoulders into your arms left and right,
Moving down through all your muscles,
Elbows,
Forearms,
And back.
Moving down through your hands,
Your fingers,
Palms,
Releasing completely,
Letting go.
And just notice how your arms and hands relax in this moment.
Are they so relaxed that they feel very heavy as if falling through the bed,
As if sinking deeper into your mattress?
Or are they so relaxed today that they feel very light,
Almost weightless,
Like two feathers by your side?
Either way,
They're so loose and relaxed,
And perhaps you begin to feel your hands slightly tingly and maybe getting warmer as the energy ball moves back through the arms and up into your chest,
Settling right into your chest.
And then,
As you feel the healing touch of the arms and up into your chest,
Settling right here in your chest,
Glowing and vibrating,
Sending waves of comfort through your heart space,
Through your lungs,
Melting any dense,
Tense energy,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And you feel upper back relaxing,
Sinking deeper into your mattress.
And the energy ball continues down.
You feel your chest opening,
Expanding,
And then down into solar plexus through your digestive system,
Healing all that needs to heal.
Moving down through your belly,
Releasing,
Relaxing the abdominal muscles,
Letting go,
Melting away any remaining tension,
Any remaining stress or anxiety,
Dissolving,
Dissipating.
And you feel the energy ball sinking deeper into mid-back and then gliding down into lower back,
And then gliding down into lower back,
Relaxing,
Releasing any tension from your lower back.
And maybe you feel this warm energy begin to move through your lower back.
Or maybe you just imagine the color touching and dissolving any tension from your lower back.
And then to the front,
The energy ball glows through your pelvis,
Down through your reproductive system,
Melting away any stagnant old energy,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Moving through hips,
Glutes and thighs,
Relaxing,
Moving down through knees,
Calves and shins,
Completely releasing,
Letting go.
And you feel the energy ball moving,
Glowing through your ankles now.
Relaxing,
Releasing your ankles and then down through feet,
Toes,
Completely letting go.
And there you are,
Glowing from head to toe with your healing color,
Immersed,
Engulfed by this beautiful light all around you,
Generated from this powerful energy ball,
Feeling so safe and cozy in your own energy field,
In your own body.
And imagine now that in front of you there's a staircase,
A staircase of 20 steps descending down.
It is a very safe,
Well-lit staircase.
And maybe you imagine what the staircase is made of,
The color.
And as you now step with your left foot at 20,
Descending down at 19,

Feeling yourself getting lighter and lighter,
17 with every step down.
It's as if you're leaving behind any remaining worries or concerns,

15 feeling lighter and lighter,
14 somehow more at ease,
12 feeling this profound sense of calm beginning to take over you now,

9 the calm is spreading through your entire body,
8 through your entire nervous system,
7 feeling so light,
So profoundly tranquil,
6,
5 lighter and lighter,
4 and you notice there's a door,
A door emerges in front of you,
3 you know that it's zero,
You are going to go through this door onto the other side,
2 even lighter now,
1 and at zero this door opens wide and as you step through this door you find yourself in the midst of a beautiful forest.
And as you feel the ground beneath your feet,
Notice what it is that you're standing on.
Is it soft grass?
Or half soft moss?
Are they their pebbles?
Or maybe just soil,
The earth beneath your feet and you smell the air,
The fresh scent perhaps of pine and sweet flowers all around.
You begin to notice all the colors of the trees,
Of the wild flowers,
And of the sky and you notice that it is sunset.
The beautiful sky is blushing with hues of red and orange and you notice that it is a beautiful sunset.

It is a warm summer evening.
Temperature is just right,
Not too hot,
Not too cold.
And as you take a few steps through this forest,
You can hear the sound of your footsteps.
As the sun is setting,
The forest is so peaceful.
You feel this energy,
Calm all around you.
The birds are winding down.
The whole earth is preparing to fall into a deep sleep.

And as you walk onwards and forwards through this forest,
You're walking on a path.
And on this path,
You see a signpost.
On the sign,
It reads,
The forest healer and an arrow points to the left.
This resonates with the air.
And there's an inner knowing that you must find the forest healer.
So you continue walking on this path.
You can feel a light warm breeze guiding you.
And soon enough in the distance,
You see flickering lights.
And as you get nearer and nearer,
You see a lovely small cottage.
You approach it and you're so close,
Right in front of it now.
You can see what the cottage is made of.
Perhaps it surprises you.
As you knock on the door,
The door opens.
And the healer greets you warmly.
What does this healer look like?
Are they human or a divine spirit or an elemental being like a fairy?
Really take them in.
Take them in.
Notice everything about the healer.
The healer invites you in now and says that they've been waiting for you.
You feel their presence as warm and kind.
You know they're a wise being and they only mean you well.
There's a deep sense of love and compassion emanating from their eyes.
You feel safe here.
You feel nurtured,
Held in their presence.
The healer offers you a seat on a comfy plush armchair.
As you settle,
The healer hands you a delicious herbal drink.
You notice the cup that it's in.
And then you sip on this drink.
You immediately feel it relaxing you even deeper.
It's like a magic potion that spreads calm and comfort through your body.
The healer then gives you a cup of tea.
The healer then points to a table made of precious crystal.
Notice what this crystal is.
Notice its color.
You're now invited to lie on top of this crystal table to receive a very special healing.
As you get on the table you realize that there are soft silk cushions.
And you sink into these cushions.
And as you lie comfortably you can already feel the potent energy of the crystal table beginning to spread healing vibrations up and down your body.
You look out the cottage window to your right and you can see now that the sun has already set.
And the silver moon is peeking through the window.
There are dozens of shimmering stars all around the moon.
It's a breathtaking sight.
The healer prepares their tools plants flowers singing bowls and other magical tools you've never seen before.
And you can see the stars in the moon.
The stars,
Singing bowls and other magical tools you've never seen before.
At first the healer begins to cleanse your energy field.
As you lie there so comfortably with eyes closed or open you feel see sense them cleansing every layer of your energy field.
Releasing all that is not for your highest good.
Anything that is no longer serving you is now being released through time and space and all thy mentions.
And as your energy field is being cleansed you already begin to feel the shifts.
Then the healer starts to cleanse your energy centers your chakras.
From the feet up up through your pelvis through the root chakra through your sacral chakra through your belly through your solar plexus through your heart space your throat.
Forehead in your third eye and the top the crown of your head.
Cleansing releasing clearing healing.
Once again you feel and sense these shifts that are taking place.
Once again you feel and sense these shifts that are taking place in your body now.
A deeper feeling of balance and alignment.
You feel how every healed part of your body is now starting to expand to open.

Where there was tension where there was contraction before now is all expanding unfolding.
As the healer continues their wonderful work observe their ritual.
