Explore MeditationOriginally from the UK, Colette now calls Adelaide, South Australia home, where she lives with her husband and two teenage children. She is currently transitioning from the corporate world to share her passion for yoga, meditation and wellness as a teacher. Her own spiritual journey began in 2017, when the loss of a close family member turned her world upside down. Navigating this challenging period, which was also followed by overcoming some serious health issues herself, she discovered the healing power of meditation, affirmations, self-love and yoga. These practices have been her guiding light, lifting her through the darkness and helping her find healing, happiness, stability and peace. Colette is passionate about sharing the tools that positively impacted her life. Her goal is to help guide others through their own challenging moments, offering practices that help lift people through the darkness, build inner strength and resilience, and help them stay calm and grounded no matter what life throws their way.
