Hello and welcome to this full moon in Capricorn guided meditation.

My name is Charlotte and I will be taking you through this guided meditation.

Full moons are an opportunity for us to release and to grow and to let go of all that is holding us back.

When we let go we allow the opportunity for growth and rebirth to come through.

So let's get ready to meditate and allow the moon to infuse us with her powerful energy promoting our most passionate and wonderful life.

So when you are ready find a comfortable and quiet space somewhere that you won't be disturbed.

I invite you to sit or lie down in a relaxed position and gently straighten your spine.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

As you do allow the air to fill your lungs and exhale slowly releasing any tension.

Begin by feeling your connection to mother earth.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine anchoring you deeply into the ground.

With each breath feel yourself becoming more grounded,

More stable and more connected to mother earth's energy.

Anchor deeply into the ground,

Take your attention to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra and imagine a beam of radiant light connecting you to the vast cosmos above.

Feel this light extending upwards linking you to the infinite universe and your higher self.

Surrender now to the Capricorn influence of this full moon.

Feel the grounded disciplined energy of Capricorn infuse your being.

This energy brings focus,

Motivation and the strength to build and maintain successful structures within our lives.

As you breathe deeply reflect on the areas of life that represent your life's work.

This could be your career,

A personal project,

Your relationships or maybe your spiritual practice.

Consider what you have built so far and the impact you wish to create within this world.

Now with the light of the full moon illuminating your mind,

Visualize any burdens,

Any old patterns or unnecessary pressures that may be weighing you down.

See these as heavy stones that you have been carrying in a backpack.

One by one take these stones out and place them on the ground.

As you do feel a sense of lightness and release.

With this weight now lifted turn your attention to yourself.

Visualize a nurturing light filling your body starting at the crown of your head and moving all the way down to your toes.

This light is representing the commitment you have to yourself.

This light is restoring your spirit,

It's recharging your mind and strengthening you from within.

This light is balancing all your energies.

This light has made a safe container within you,

A space where all your emotions and dreams can be safely held and explored.

In this light I invite you now to place your new intentions and commitments that align to your true purpose.

See these intentions glowing brightly infused with Capricorn energy and the light of this beautiful full moon.

Take a moment now to show some deep appreciation to yourself and all the work you have done within this guided meditation.

Thank the Capricorn energy,

Thank the full moon and thank yourself for being here.

Acknowledge all the work you have done and the harmony that has restored within.

And as we draw this meditation to a close remember that taking care of yourself is the foundation for everything that you do.

Embrace the productivity that comes from self-care.

Trust in your journey and the unfolding of your purpose here on the earth.

And when you are ready bring your awareness back into this present moment.

Begin to take a few deep cleansing breaths.

You might like to wiggle your toes or fingers,

Maybe give your shoulders a roll back.

And when you are ready gently open your eyes and carry this sense of clarity,

Balance and commitment with you as you move forward.

And I wish you a very blessed full moon.
