Quiet reminders to meet yourself with compassion in the moments you feel most open,

Uncertain or human.

Each phrase is a soft hand on the heart,

A way to remind yourself that vulnerability is not weakness but truth in motion.

Repeat silently or out loud.

It's safe for me to be seen as I am.

My softness is a kind of strength.

Even in uncertainty I can choose peace.

I am allowed to rest inside my becoming.

Every breath is proof that I am still worthy of love.

Let these words wash over you like gentle waves,

Quiet,

Steady and kind.

A moment to return to yourself,

A reminder that your light has never left you,

Even when you forgot to look for it.
