I am Connie Curtis and it's an honor to have you here today to practice with me.
Welcome to this guided breathing meditation with attention to the sacral chakra.
This guided meditation is designed to nurture your energy center,
Boost creativity,
Enhance sensuality and connect with the divine feminine and synchronicity.
Throughout this meditation,
We'll progress through stages of deep healing,
Visualization and deep breathing.
These practices aim to help you address and heal emotional shadows such as the fear of getting into trouble or struggling to experience your emotions fully.
The meditation is intended to support you in healing patterns of being overwhelmed by emotions or experience constant emotional ups and downs.
Affirmations play a vital role in this transformative process.
Now let's find a quiet and comfortable place to lie down.
Either your bed or yoga mat.
Let's begin by closing your eyes and taking a couple of foundational breaths with me.
We will start by filling up the belly,
Chest and head.
Hold at the top and exhale with the U-I-J-I-A breath.
That sounds like an ocean.
Let's do it one more time.
Breathe in filling up the belly,
Chest and head.
Hold at the top and exhale with the U-I-G breath.
As you continue breathing at your own pace,
In and out of your nose,
Let go of any tension in your body.
Start to relax in your body and start to scan your body,
Starting with the top of your head,
Going down through your neck,
Shoulders,
Waist,
Legs,
All the way down to your feet.
If you feel any tension,
Breathe into that part of your body.
Connect with the sensation of the Earth's support beneath you.
Shift your focus to your sacral area,
Which is located below your belly button.
I recommend placing your hands over your sacral area.
Now envision a vibrant,
Radiant orange energy spinning clockwise within your sacral region.
Feel its intensity and strength increase with each exhale.
As you continue to breathe,
Stay connected with the vibrant orange energy in your sacral area.
Feel it pulsating and radiating warmth.
Let each breath further amplify its power and brightness,
Nurturing your sense of vitality and empowerment.
Visualize this vibrant orange energy spreading out from your sacral area,
Up to the top of your crown,
All the way down to your feet.
While you are doing this,
Repeat these affirmations after me.
I am creative.
I am sexy.
I am safe.
I am supportive in all ways.
I am trusting my intuition.
I am passion.
I am feeling my emotions,
And I am deeply feeling.
I am deserving of pleasure and joy in my life.
I am nurturing my inner child and playfulness.
Relax in this space for a few minutes.
Begin the process of returning to your body with gentleness.
Start by wiggling your fingers and toes,
And then slowly move your wrists and ankles.
While keeping your eyes closed,
Take a deep and grounding breath,
Allowing the air to flow through your belly,
Chest,
And all the way to the top of your head.
Finally,
Gently placing your hands in front of you together,
Start rubbing them together until you feel heat between them,
Then gently place them on your eyes.
Slowly take your hands off and blink your eyes open.
You can always return to this meditation anytime you need to.
You are now prepared to navigate your day with confidence and a burst of creativity.
Feel energized as you move through your day,
Guided by your intuition and inner wisdom.
