Welcome to this breathing meditation.
My name is Connie Curtis.
This meditation is created to help you relieve stress and start to feel calm in your body
and safe.
Releasing all the tension from your day and allowing you to rest for the night.
Go ahead and get comfortable on the floor of your bed.
Have soft pillows and something soft like a blanket to lay on and we will get started.
Slowly close your eyes down.
Start to envision a beautiful golden white light coming down from the cosmos into the
crown of your head.
Slowly filling up your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Your chest,
Your abs,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet,
And your toes.
Imagine yourself melting into the beautiful ground,
Fully supported and loved.
Releasing anything that feels like stress or anxiety.
Transmute it into the ground where Mother Earth will take the energy and recycle it.
Slowly breathe in and out of your nose,
Softly and slowly.
There is no rush.
There is no place to go to.
It's just you being with you,
Taking time for yourself,
Giving yourself some self love.
Visualize any stress coming out of your body,
Husks of smoke,
And the color of purple.
Just keep releasing what is no longer serving you and melt into your body.
Know that you are safe to let go of anything that is no longer serving you.
You are here to just be,
Not to live in the doing.
The journey is all about your experience and how you feel,
Not all the actions and to-do
lists.
And right now is the time to let all that go so that you can fall into peaceful sleep
or relaxation.
Slowly just keep breathing in and out of your nose,
Nothing to worry about,
And just feeling
fully supported.
Just keep relaxing and I'm going to leave you here and enjoy the rest of your night.
