Hi,

I'm Connie Curtis and welcome to this guided breathing meditation.

Today we're going to be doing 4-6-8 breath work.

This breath work is great for integration after you've done a somatic journey.

Anything that's released heavy emotions from you or subconscious thoughts and you need to integrate everything you've released and that you're placing it with.

Here are the steps.

You'll breathe in 4 on your inhale and hold at the top for 6 then release for 8 slowly.

We will do 5 rounds of this.

So go find a place that's comfortable to sit down.

Make sure you have soft things around you and nothing hard and we will get started.

Breathe in for 4.

Hold at the top for 6 then slowly exhale for 8.

Inhale for 4,

Hold,

Exhale.

Inhale for 4,

Hold,

Exhale for 8.

So our last round.

Inhale for 4,

Hold for 6.

Exhale slowly for 8.

This is a super simple breath work that you can use anytime.

I find it very helpful when I'm trying to integrate stuff but you can also use it anytime,

Any place that your head is coming into play and you just need to sink back into your body.

Thank you for joining me today.

Namaste.
