Hi,
I'm Connie Curtis,
And thank you for sharing this guided breathing meditation with me today.
Welcome to the Heart Healer Breathwork,
Where we'll focus on releasing emotions,
Increasing self-awareness,
Fostering forgiveness,
Clearing the mind,
And opening your heart to love.
Here are the steps for the breathwork practice.
Inhale deeply,
Breathing into your belly,
Chest,
And head.
Moving your arms back out into a T-shape.
Then exhale with an ah sound,
Moving your arms towards your heart.
We'll be doing a foundational breath between the rounds.
We'll be doing 30 breaths each round,
Doing two rounds.
Now find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a few foundational breaths with me.
Inhaling deeply,
Filling the belly,
Chest,
And head.
Hold,
Then exhale with an ah.
Let's begin.
Inhale deeply,
Expanding your chest,
Moving your arms back out to a T-shape.
Then exhale with an ah sound,
Moving your arms towards your heart.
Open your heart.
Is there anything blocking you from opening your heart?
Maybe some experience that you didn't even realize is keeping walls up around your heart.
What is that?
Does a certain person or experience come to mind?
Sit with this and see what needs to be released around it.
Now we're going to begin the second round.
Inhale deeply,
Expanding your chest,
Moving your arms back out to a T-shape.
Then exhale with an ah,
Moving your arms towards your heart.
We'll be doing 30 breaths.
Starting round two.
Inhaling deeply and filling your belly,
Chest,
And head.
And then release with an ah.
Remember to fill into your heart while you are doing this.
Is your heart closed or is your heart open?
Keep going.
Just keep focusing on your heart.
How can you open and release the walls around it?
What wounds need to be healed?
Maybe with your father.
Maybe with your mother.
Take a look.
Now envision a radiant green light from the space in your heart.
Expanding outward.
Feel unconditional love with the world.
Feeling your heart wide open.
Embracing love.
And releasing everything that needs to be healed.
Feel forgiveness and empathy for yourself and the world.
And just stay in this nurturing space for a few moments.
Gradually return to your body.
Start to slowly wiggle your fingers,
Toes,
Gently move your ankles and wrists.
Move your shoulders side to side gently.
And while your eyes are still closed,
Take another deep foundational breath in through your belly,
Chest,
And head.
Gently place your hands in a prayer position,
Thumbs to your heart.
Repeat,
I am always coming from love.
I always speak from love.
I am always divinely guided from love.
And slowly blink your eyes open.
Carry an open heart throughout your day.
Embracing love and forgiveness for everyone,
Including yourself.
And just give yourself a little bit more self-love.
We all need to do that every day.
Namaste,
I am Connie Curtis.
