Hi,

I'm Connie Curtis,

And it's an honor to have you here today to practice with me.

Welcome to this guided breathing meditation.

In this heart cleansing meditation,

We will focus on cleansing and energizing the heart space,

Prime our feelings to release anxiety,

And have forgiveness,

Clear your mind,

And allow more energy to be spread out throughout the body.

Now let's find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Let's begin by closing your eyes and taking a couple of foundational breaths with me.

We will start by filling up the belly,

Chest,

And head,

Hold at the top,

And letting out with a ohm.

Ohm.

Let's do this one more time.

Breathe in,

Filling up the belly,

Chest,

And head,

Hold at the top,

And let out with a ohm.

Ohm.

As you continue breathing at your own pace,

Let go of any tension in your body.

Start to relax into your body and scan your whole body,

Starting with the top of your head,

Down through your neck,

Shoulders,

Waist,

Legs,

All the way down to your feet.

If you feel any tension in any part of your body,

Breathe into that.

Feeling the support of the ground beneath you,

Start to visualize a beautiful green light coming down from the sky into your crown.

Then that green light is moving through your body,

Your head,

Neck,

Arms,

Stomach,

And legs,

All the way down to your beautiful feet and toes.

As you exhale,

Visualize any problems or worries in a purple balloon and let it go.

Visualize the green light in your heart and be aware of any bitterness or hate.

Does this come up around anyone specifically?

Now visualize the person or just the beautiful green light around your heart for everyone in the world.

Feel the love,

Forgiveness to a specific person or to everyone.

Continue inhaling and exhaling gently through your belly,

Chest,

And head,

Breathing in green light on the inhale and on the exhale,

Releasing anything no longer serving you.

If you're feeling emotions,

Let them come up and release them.

Don't hold anything back.

You are safe and can express anything.

Soften into your body,

Relax into the support of the ground,

And know that you're always safe and supported.

We're going to take a few minutes here to just be in this space.

Gently start to return to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Then your toes.

Gently move to your ankles and wrists.

Keep your eyes closed and take a foundational breath.

Breathe through your belly,

Chest,

And head.

Then gently put your hands in prayer position.

Thumbs to your heart.

Repeat,

I always come from love.

Then slowly move your hands up to your mouth and repeat,

I always speak from love.

And then move your hands up to your third eye and repeat,

I am always divinely guided.

And gently open your eyes.

Remember,

You can always return to this meditation any time you need to.

Now you're ready to go through your day with an open heart.

Have love and forgiveness for everyone you come into contact with today,

Including yourself.

Remember,

You never know what is going on for someone else.
