Hi friends,

It's Beth.

Welcome to your 6 minute evening clarity meditation practice.

Winding down our day and segwaying into our evening is the perfect time to pause and reflect on how either having clarity or lacking clarity in certain moments of our day affected our actions and our energy.

Use this practice to rest and review your day so that you can refresh your clarity and your alignment to your authentic self.

When we dive into the moments that unfolded around us in our day,

Certain moments will come to the surface of our awareness as either having taken us into the direction of a desire or in the direction of our best and highest good.

Other moments that come to us will show us where we struggled or how difficulty with an action or word or even thoughts took us away from a purpose or goal because we didn't know what to do in that moment.

We lacked clarity in these moments.

These are learning spaces that teach us the value of clarity in any situation or relationship.

If we don't know where it is that we want to go,

How will we know when we've arrived?

For the next minute of your practice this evening,

I invite you to turn on the lens of clarity and view the actions of your day through this lens.

Where was clarity your guiding star?

Where could clarity have brought you more satisfaction?

In order to gain the lessons from clarity,

We have to tune in with a conscious awareness of what clarity means to us going forward.
