Hi friends,

It's Beth.

Welcome to this 6 minute evening grounding meditation practice.

Taking space for ourselves at the end of a busy day is really one of the best ways that we can show self-care to ourselves and spending time in reflection over the day and the energy that we've left can go a long way in healing what it is that calls to us.

Over the course of this day,

Consider moments where you felt especially grounded.

Perhaps you were grounded in the body.

Perhaps you were grounded in the mind.

Perhaps you were grounded in both.

How did you maintain your sense of connection to yourself,

To your energy,

And to the spaces around you when the external world really wanted to pull you away into everything else?

Or perhaps you've also become aware after spending the day in practice with grounding of how it feels when you are in your sovereign power and fully grounded and connected to the life that you are living.

How does that feel in the body?

Where do you feel the deepest and most connected sense of being grounded to this moment or to this day?

Every person and every body notices different sensations and energetic flows when they are in true and deep and authentic connection to the life that they live.

For the next minute of your practice,

Spend some time relishing and luxuriating in the sensations that being grounded and present to your life brought to you today.

Being mindful of the slow,

Grounded sensations of energy you have created through this practice.

Stay tuned in to this level of awareness,

The sensation of wholeness,

The sensation of connection as you move into your evening and transition into rest.
