The way we come into our morning is the way we come into our day.
How is it that you want your morning to be more peaceful?
Sink into this short practice.
By tuning into the sensation of your easeful breath in this peaceful space,
Where we find peace is as unique to us as are our fingerprints.
Peace is a pocket of our day where we find a sense of balance between the energies of the internal self and the external world.
Where is it that you find that balance?
Moments to yourself before the bustle of your day begins,
In the sounds of family around you coming into their day,
Or maybe moving your body with yoga,
Or your mind with journaling,
Or something else that calls to you for a deep sense of peace.
Whatever it is,
Allow the sense of peace created through balanced awareness to be your companion For the next several cycles of breath in your meditation practice this morning,
Luxuriating in the peaceful flow of inhale and exhale,
Stay close to this even balance of peace you have cultivated in this moment in your practice.
And remember that peace is always available to you in any moment when you intentionally return to the breath.
