Hi friends,

It's Beth.

Welcome to this 6-minute morning anxiety release meditation practice.

Waking up from a restful evening of sleep into the promise and potential of a new day is a precious gift.

But what happens when we bring the worries of the past and the future into that space?

What happens when we begin our day with anxiety?

In this practice,

Let's explore what anxiety means to us so that we can give ourselves some space and compassion in which to begin to heal.

Anxiety arises from a desire for and inability to control what happens in our lives.

It is not wrong to desire control.

As humans,

We yearn to feel stable and secure in all the parts of our life so that we can spend our energy in ways that express our authentic selves.

Let your intuition choose the one that is strongest in your mind right now.

In this safe,

Warm,

And intimate practice,

Do nothing except sit and breathe with this worry for the next minute of your practice.

If anxiety intensifies,

Repeat to yourself,

I am safe in this space,

As your mantra.

What is it that your higher self wishes to explore?

It has been said that we cannot control the outcomes in life,

But we can control how we react by creating a soft space of personal power around the things that cause us worry.

We can begin to build that pause into our reaction,

And as a result,

Take a step back from the cycle of anxiety clouding our day,

So that we may face the day from a more authentic
