Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey.
I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki Master,
Teacher,
And Sound Healer.
I help people who are on a healing journey,
Whether that is overcoming physical symptoms or healing from stress,
Anxiety,
Or overwhelm.
In today's session,
We are going to be combining affirmations along with Reiki to help promote scalp health and healing.
And using these affirmations along with my own self Reiki practice was what helped me to heal my own skin cancer,
Several different skin cancers that I developed after going through a particularly stressful time in my life.
So I love creating sessions like this for you because it's such a beautiful and powerful way to help us progress on our healing journey.
And I'm also going to be adding in theta frequency sound healing music because when our brains are in the theta,
Alpha theta state,
It actually makes our brains much more receptive to the reprogramming that the affirmations allow us to do.
So all you need to do for today's session is to find a comfortable place to relax and receive.
And once you are all settled in,
I invite you to begin to gently focus on your breath,
Inhaling all the air into your lungs,
Expanding your abdomen,
And gently exhaling all of the air out from your mouth.
And you can continue to do this for as long as feels comfortable,
Just allowing yourself to focus your awareness on the present moment.
And I invite you to set your intention to receive this session today and set your intention for healing the symptoms that we are focusing on today for scalp health and healing.
And I invite you to repeat the affirmations in your mind as I begin sending you distance Reiki now.

And you can come back to this session as often as you like.
You can use affirmations in the morning or the evening as you go to sleep or throughout your day as well.
The more frequently you use them,
The better your results will be.
