Immerse yourself in the tranquil embrace of nature as you journey through a lush forest, feeling the tension melt away from your body and mind. Allow yourself to be guided by the gentle whispers of the trees as you encounter your totem animal spirit, finding solace and strength in its presence.

So just getting into a position where you feel comfortable and safe,
Surrounding yourself with your pillows or putting a blanket under your knees.
So we are going to start off relaxing the body.
So when you're ready,
Just close your eyes and imagine that there is a beautiful healing light that is above your head.
And just imagine that this light could enter in through the top of your head and as it does,
It relaxes your forehead,
The sides of your face.
The light moves down through the center of your head,
Behind your eyes.
And just imagine and allow all the muscles in your face to relax even more.
Notice where your tongue is in your mouth and just imagine that that part of you can relax as well.
Feel your jaw drop,
Your chin drop as you relax.
And imagine that light spreads through the back of your head.
And imagine that your neck muscles could lengthen,
Soften,
Relax.
And that light moves down the sides of your neck,
The front of your neck.
And just pay attention now to how your breath has slowed down,
How each breath seems to expand your entire body.
Bring in your attention to your shoulders.
Imagine that the light could relax your shoulders,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
The sides of your neck to lengthen.
Imagine that light moving behind your chest to where your shoulder blades are,
Allowing the backs of your shoulder blades to melt.
Breathing in to that expansive place in your chest,
So your chest fills with the fresh air.
And you just notice how good it feels to pay attention to this part of you,
Taking the elevator down from your mind down into this area where your heart is.
The center of your love,
Your compassion,
Your empathy.
So it's as if your breath and your attention here is sending yourself that compassion and that love for all of your efforts that you've put in to creating a beautiful and stable life for yourself,
For everything that you've overcome,
And for how you still allow yourself to be open to more.
Just imagine now that this light moves through the shoulders,
All the way down through the fingers.
Imagine that that light just runs down your shoulders,
Imagine that that light just runs through all of the veins and the fascia that's in your body,
Relaxing every joint,
Every muscle running in your arms,
In your hands,
Into your stomach,
Giving yourself that juicy diaphragm breath where you feel your ribs expand,
As you inhale in,
And allow that freshness of breath to expand into your center,
This area of your knowing,
And of your ability to center yourself where you get to come home to your own expression of who you are.
No one else's expectations are relevant here,
Only your alignment.
Breathing into that space in the stomach,
Expanding the ribs.
Imagine that light just washes away all the tension,
All of the worries about other things that have to be done,
None of that matters now.
All that matters now is that you relax and enjoy the journey.
So when your logical mind comes in,
Just tell it that you want this to work,
That this relaxation and journey into yourself is important for you right now.
Bringing your attention down now to your hips,
Imagining that light moves down to your hips,
You start to notice that your hips and your seat,
Your sit bones start to surrender even more to the space that supports you under you,
That comfort,
And you feel relief just in that feeling that you are supported.
Even feeling grateful for this furniture that's below you,
That has been constructed for your comfort,
That is stable below you,
And that offers you this moment of tranquility that starts to spread through your entire body.
And then imagine that light moving through the legs,
All those muscles in the legs that take you where you need to be,
Just giving them that recognition of love right now,
Through allowing them to relax and surrender to the comfort that's below them.
Imagining that light washes away all of the tension,
And that light moves down through the knees,
Backs of the knees,
Through the shins,
All the way down through every toe,
The bottoms of the feet.
And imagine now that your entire body is relaxed,
And now I'd like you to imagine in your mind that you're standing at the top of stairs,
A beautiful staircase,
And you build the staircase from 10 to 1,
Just allow yourself to pretend you're taking one step down the staircase,
And imagine that you're standing at the top of the stairs,
Pretend you're taking one step down the staircase into your ideal relaxation level.

Taking one step down the stairs,
Noticing that you're already starting to relax even more your muscles,
Any movements that you need to make to get even more relaxed,
Allow yourself to move so you're deeper in a comfortable place.

Imagine you're taking another step down.

Taking another step down,
Sinking,
Drifting,
Floating down deeper and deeper.

Traveling deeper into that sweet place inside of you,
Drawing the curtain to the rest of the world,
Everything else can wait.

Even your own inner voices start to quiet down now,

Drifting deeper,

Drifting even deeper inside of yourself,
And 1,
Stepping now off the stairs into a beautiful forest,
Just imagine a forest where you're stepping onto the soft grass barefoot,
You feel the wind on your cheeks,
Soft caress of the breeze moving through your hair,
You hear birds chirping as if they're singing a song that's just for you,
And the soft sunshine on your arms,
And as you walk through the forest you feel so uplifted,
As if all of your worries have been blown away by the wind,
And you see in the distance that there is an animal that is noticing you,
A beautiful animal that represents a part of your imagination,
And this animal comes closer to you,
And you're not scared,
In fact you're excited for how comfortable this animal is around you,
And how comfortable you are around this animal,
And this animal seems that it wants you to follow it,
So just imagine that you're following this animal through the forest,
Noticing how it moves with grace,
With its own instincts,
And you start to feel even more related to this animal internally,
You realize that here in this deep part within you,
There is not the fear or the rush,
Or any of the stresses or anxieties of the regular physical world,
Here is a place where you get to move with grace,
With a sense of knowing,
And being in a state of curiosity,
And this animal brings you now to a beautiful house,
This house is deep in the forest,
Surrounded by plants,
Has vines growing all around it,
And this house is familiar to you,
Because this house is representing your subconscious,
What colors it would be painted that represent your favorite colors,
How the windows would be,
How the front door has a path leading up to it,
And as you step inside this house,
You go to the first level of the house,
Where you feel complete physical relaxation,
Your muscles drift deeper into a relaxation,
Your mental and emotional states start to relax even deeper as you're in this house,
Your safe place within you,
Where you get to transcend the physical world,
And reprogram your life to one that feels good,
And in this house on the first level,
You see a beautiful mirror,
It's a full length mirror,
And you look into the mirror and you see that it's magical,
And it shows you that you are not alone,
That it's magical and it shows the future you,
The best version of you,
Fully embodied,
Loving her life,
And you look into that mirror and it's you,
Only your eyes are sparkling,
There's a beautiful state of tranquility within you,
And just by looking at yourself,
You notice how much more confident you are,
How much more fulfilled,
And a state of calm that is in you,
Looking in the mirror you see that you're not rushed to do things,
You know that you have the abilities to do things correctly,
And you trust yourself and your timing is aligned with where you're supposed to be,
And you feel this sense of relief looking in the mirror,
That you are finally in this place where you're proud of yourself again,
Where you're able to relax easily,
And although that life still has challenges,
You see that this best version of you has that confidence of a warrior,
Knowing how to strategize every challenge,
And check off all the obligations with joy,
With a sense of fulfillment at the end of the day,
And just fill in that image of you with all of your goals and dreams and desired feelings,
So you see your best self embodying all of it,
And you place your hands now to the mirror and you realize that it's actually not solid,
It's almost a soft gelatin substance,
Where you get to receive all of that intelligence and tranquility,
That this best version of you is sharing now with you,
Because after all that is you,
All you had to do was claim it,
So imagine that you're putting your hands up to that mirror,
And stepping into it to merge with that version of you,
Breathing deeply into the stomach,
The diaphragm,
The chest,
Feel all of your cells becoming wired and aligned with your authenticity,
And now that you have merged with this best version of you in your house,
You decide that it's time to leave the house,
And you see that the animal is still waiting outside for you,
So you walk back into the forest with the animal,
Feeling as if your footsteps are even lighter now,
A sense of ease surrounds you,
And a new sense of hope and inspiration is within you,
Feeling supported by this totem animal that has chosen to be by your side and within you,
And now when you close your eyes throughout the day and the days to come,
This animal will also be behind your eyes to give you wisdom and inspiration,
In times of need,
And again you notice just how beautiful the forest is,
The tall trees in the air,
Finding a spot in the forest to just stand there and take it all in,
Imagining how your feet feel on top of the grass,
And as I count from one to five,
You will just start to come back into your moment,
Taking all of this inspiration back with you into your body,
One beautiful version of reality,
Like you just came back from a nice vacation,
And in a way it was your mental vacation,
Only the souvenirs that you get to keep are deeply embedded within you,
They may not be visible but you will notice them in the days to come,
Your ability to concentrate,
To focus,
To allow yourself those moments of relaxation that will benefit all of your priorities,
Two,
Feeling that expansion of the breath,
That relief,
Three,
Coming back into your room where you are,
Imagining that your feet could just root down,
Like a tree,
And as I count from one to five,
You will just root down,
Like a tree,
Knowing that you are exactly where you are supposed to be,
Four,
All of your body processes return to normal,
And five,
Whenever you are ready,
Rubbing your hands together,
And slowly coming back,
Welcoming yourself back.
