Just make any adjustments that you need to so you're completely comfortable.

The more comfortable you are,

The more relaxed the mind is.

And the more relaxed the mind is,

The more profound the healing is and the benefits can be integrated into your life.

So inviting that healing,

Comforting light above you,

That familiar light,

And allow it to enter in through the top of your head,

Imagining that it could soften,

Wash away all of the tension,

All of the thoughts,

All of the to-do lists that can all wait.

Feeling your forehead relax.

The sides of your face relax.

All the way down to your jaw.

Feeling your chin drop.

The sides of your neck lengthen as you imagine that light washes down,

Sweeping off any tension.

And all the tension that was there of your responsibilities and obligations,

It's not an actual weight.

So this heaviness is only a mental assignment that your muscles have believed.

So in believing that this light and this process could clear away the heaviness,

The subconscious mind can actually command the muscles to release that and to believe it has been released.

So I wonder how deeply your muscles will integrate in this process,

How much more they can actually relax when your mind convinces them that it is safe to release that tension,

That it's not necessary to hold on to that weight with tension and that you do not need to store or hold on to anyone else's issues in your body.

After all,

One of the biggest gifts that you can offer people is your sense of healing presence and tranquility.

And offering that sense of peace in your own body is the biggest gift that you can give yourself.

So imagining that light now washing the back of your neck,

And it seems that this time it's able to command that tension to release at an even quicker rate than ever before,

As if you could feel the muscles lengthening,

You could feel the fascia softening,

And you could imagine all of the liquids in your body,

The plasma,

The blood is actually becoming purified.

Because you know that your practice has developed so much that you are able to command this intention to your body,

Relaxing all of the muscles in your neck,

Feeling all of that tension dissipate,

All of the cellular memories return into the state of harmony,

The highest vibration that's possible for a human to embody,

The highest vibration being the state of peace,

Allowing that light to signal that word and that vibration of peace and harmony to every cell,

Every follicle,

Every layer of the upper part of your body that perhaps was programmed before to hold on to stress and tension as a form of responsibility.

But now that timeline has shifted,

And you know now that your responsibility comes in the form of your energy,

Of maintaining a high level of energy for yourself,

For your team,

And for those that you love around you.

So allowing all of those denser,

Heavier memories to wash away as this light now moves down your arms,

Washing away all of the tension in the tops of your arms,

All the way down into the bones,

Into your skeletal structure,

Imagining the deepest parts of your illuminated,

Cleansed,

Purified,

All the way down through your fingers.

And just see how you can command now even your fingers to feel that sense of lightness,

That tingling.

It's almost as if a miracle how fast your body can transform and integrate this sense of lightness.

Feeling even those tiny bones in your hand relax,

Surrender,

And at the same time feel that buoyancy of the fluids that surround it inside your body,

And those fluids are carrying that vibration of peace and harmony throughout your arms,

Your fingers,

Caressing all of the bones.

And then imagining that light moves through the center of your body now,

Through your chest,

Through all of the organs,

Over the heart,

To the back of the heart,

And allowing the breath to fuel that energetic cleansing that's happening.

Because now that the light is moving into the areas where all of your organs are,

The powerhouse center of you,

It's assigning a new vibration to this part of you,

One of drive,

Power,

And abundance.

And just like these organs all have a mission for you,

To stay alive and functioning,

They are now on a mission with this feeling of abundance,

And it will find many ways to create this reality for you.

Because these organs are so highly functioning within you,

They're even working without you consciously thinking about it,

Feeding you in ways that you will only understand years from now.

So allow this new program of abundance and expansion to be filled in your center core.

Breathing so big that your back expands,

You feel the breath moving to the sides so your ribs expand.

And you feel that strength of your core being activated on another level.

You feel that sense of stability and pride,

And not pride in a way that would keep you above others,

But pride in a way that keeps you aligned with your highest and best potentials and energies and self.

Pride in a way where you are literally proud of what you do on a weekly basis.

Proud in a way that you are taking care of and upgrading your systems and upgrading your life in every way.

Because like the saying goes,

Where attention goes,

Energy flows.

And your attention is on this abundance within your immediate energy field.

And therefore the energy of abundance flows into your life,

And you're able to maintain it,

To strengthen it,

And to captivate the essence of abundance so it becomes integral just as a normal part of your life would seem.

To be as you progress to the next level.

And imagining now that that light moves down to the hips,

Restoring again this area.

You may have felt scared before,

But now you have filled it with this assignment and energy of security,

Of safety and stability.

So just imagine you send that breath to your hips and you feel that expansive aura and glow that surrounds the hips like the rings of Saturn.

Emanating their own frequency now.

And breathing into that part of you,

Allowing the hips to relax and become even more heavier,

And heavier in a way just like a child that is sleeping in its parents' arms,

Completely trusting and surrendering that it will be held and carried and nourished.

So does your body.

It has entrusted you and your spirit to nourish it,

Take care of it.

And after all,

That's part of the reason why you are on this journey to experience even more of the pleasures that life has to offer.

And sensing any type of tingling,

Expansion or relief in this area of you and your hips.

And see just how much you can assign your imagination to illuminate this part of you.

To give yourself this deep treatment of confidence,

Relief and growth.

Relieved in the way that you did achieve abundance and that you are taking all of the right steps to move into an even greater state of abundance.

Of allowing yourself the pride of owning properties,

Of owning your own business.

And then maintaining this level of honor and dedication for what's important in your life.

So now your hips have taken on this higher level of integrity.

Releasing all of that old stagnation of feeling restricted.

Now they have attuned to this new frequency of allowing,

No longer feeling that they have to pretend No longer feeling that they have to pretend to be anything or anyone because you have already created and stepped into this higher version of you.

So there's no going back any longer.

And every day now,

You'll move into the best ideas,

The best implementations,

Strategies,

Research and progress.

Because this is what the cells of your body are now assigning to you,

Are now attracting and are now leading you into without the commands or fear or any of those limitations or shame that the old fear would try to trick you into.

You now operate from a higher level of integrity and a sense of knowing of your priorities.

And when to do them and how to do them.

And then imagining that light moves down into your thighs,

Upper parts of your legs and commanding those parts of you to relax even deeper.

So all of those big muscle groups can become even more relaxed.

And imagining all of those fluids of the plasma and blood and tissues are also commanded and programmed with that new intention of love,

Passion and integrity or any other word that comes to mind that now fuels and integrates your legs to carry you and direct you towards your goals,

Towards what's best for you,

Towards what feels best.

Washing away any lower energies that may have tried to keep you exactly where you are.

And now your legs are reprogrammed to take you to your fullest potential because now that you are safe,

The options and your potential has expanded so you can move into an even higher state of allowing a higher ability to receive the miracles,

To be a part of the miracles for others and to trust each step that brings you into that alignment.

So imagining that light washes all the way down into the feet,

Relaxing all of those small bones,

All of the layers of skin tissue and even the bottom of your feet are illuminated with this higher spiritual energy of purpose,

Of service to your higher self and that powerful sense of alignment that allows you to release more fears every day as you walk and continue on this pathway for more abundance,

Being available for all of the opportunities and because you're so grounded and authentic in your energy,

You're able to recognize these opportunities and take the steps and action in divine timing and now sensing this light to form a cocoon around you to honor your energy field around you also to be included in this energetic heightening,

Wearing away the tendency to suggest that people don't have to give you something to give you.

Suggest that people don't have to give you something for what you offer them or the tendency to accept less for something that you know has a higher value because this type of niceness may be limiting you and is no longer necessary for your path.

You allow now with this light cleansing for it to transform your energy to honor that receiving,

To feel inspired by your ability to receive payments,

Promotions,

Commissions and direct sales.

And in no way do these make you feel guilty anymore for people paying you for what you create.

Because even though you do create from a place of love you still love to receive in order to create more.

So just allow that light to program the energy around you to receive more,

To create more creating this flow,

And imagine that light cleansing and upgrading the area of your energy that is behind you behind the back of your head behind your spinal cord all the way down the backs of your legs this energy that is close to the outline of your body and is also a couple meters behind you cleanses away all of the fears that lingered that maybe had you believe that something could happen where you wouldn't be supported that you've witnessed enough evidence in your life now to know that that's not true that you will be supported and that if anything drastic were to happen you would find and navigate the support that's available but meanwhile it's an unnecessary energy to hold on to washing away those fears that maybe did keep you in a safe zone for a while for you to test to see if you would be supported if you would be able to hit your targets and now you know that what life has shown you these fears are no longer necessary to hold on to knowing that this essence of your energy of life of the guides that support you will be there to lead you into the right direction so just allow that light to program now the back of your energy field so you have this sense of energetic alignment of etheric mobility and of that sense of dignity of allowing yourself to maybe even feel taller and by feeling taller this is actually a signal that you're moving to the next level of your life being able to see new opportunities just because you're energetically taller being able to see over the gate of what perhaps kept you locked in before and those limitations now are washed away and you're reprogrammed with instead the essence of wonder of wondering how much better it could get of wondering how the abundance will promote your life and the life of those you love of wondering what forms the opportunities will come into and of wondering when they will show up in this new portal and now having the light move to the right side of you some call this the masculine side the energy of the sun of how you express yourself of how others perceive you and again allow that light to wash away the fears or the meekness or any of the nervousness that was associated with how you present yourself because perhaps that empathetic part of yourself didn't want others to feel intimidated or bad about themselves because of your amazing energy that perhaps made them feel small but that was just your sensitivities and empathy and having this empathy has actually transformed you into having the empathy for all of the capabilities of your soul that want to be expressed in this lifetime so now you're empathetic for that power that wishes to be witnessed in your life through conquering all of those fears through witnessing how you can make yourself even more proud and for standing true in your authentic expression and radiating from a place of pure authentic love and imagining that energy of a lion its golden fur the way that it is able to perceive any danger or opportunities and also enjoy the pleasures of being in its own domain allow that pride of the lion to wash over this right side of you and program this right side of you to abolish any fears and to reprogram them with that subtle sense of power and integrity and then moving to the front side of you with this light cleansing and allowing that front side of you to be the one that symbolizes your compass,

Your alignment your internal navigation system that processes what comes into your mind into your life,

Into your heart and that navigates you on the next steps and priorities by channeling your highest and best self and potential just imagining a stream of a color moving in front of you purifying and assigning your energy field to direct you into this best and most authentic abundant version and the most abundant experiences allowing yourself to be led into this highest version of your love of so many forms of your business all of the choices now that you'll have with the wealth in your account in your life and in this strong compass now that leads you with a sense of assuredness of connection having that doubt removed because you know and feel when you are in alignment so you trust the sense of knowing and then grounding all of those energies now back into your physical body so they're integrated all the way down through the bottom of your feet to be planted in this physical realm and imagine those roots spreading from the bottom of your feet from the bottom of your spine carrying that etheric energy down into this wonderful planet below becoming that bridge of witnessing heaven on earth through your connection through your belief and through this new integration of being in the highest expression of your life slowly rubbing your hands together and just placing them as this signal of prayer and honor for your life anywhere on your body return gently to where you are in the world reminding yourself of your name your location and your new found intention and inspiration for this integration you are in of being your best self thank you
