Welcome pure soul to your journey within position of the listener,

The listener of your body.

Always listening to the mind,

Believing what it says.

What about coming down into another awareness within yourself?

Imagine that you could press the door of an elevator that is in your logical mind and take the elevator down into your basement where the subtle nuances of your energy and intuition lie dormant,

Waiting for your attention.

Focusing now your attention down into your chest area,

Expanding the breath beyond how you normally breathe.

Notice how the inhale fills you up.

Beyond that capacity of your usual breath,

Sending this gift of relief to surround all the organs in your chest and cultivate this sanctuary within.

Where you collaborate with this element of air and oxygen to provide this sense of relief,

Of space,

Of comfort,

Just in this awareness of dwelling inside your body.

Of filling your body with your intention and attention.

Of listening and fueling your body with that relief and any other feelings or sense that you want to fill it with.

After all,

You are not in the space of the logical mind with this exercise,

You are in the space of possibilities,

Imagination and awareness.

So let be what comes to you,

Interpret it in a non-judgmental way and let it fill the space of your chest now.

Notice if your shoulders drop,

Notice if the fascia surrounding your bones begins to soften,

Cradling your structure in a more gentle way.

Don't hesitate to stretch or move your body in a circular motion to allow yourself to expand even deeper.

With the breath inhaling the space around your heart,

Noticing the difference of breathing in this expanded way.

Just noticing you don't need to condemn yourself by comparing the shallow breathing to now,

Because now you are in a safe space and you are communicating this to your body with this breath.

Expanding on the inhale,

Releasing the pressure on the exhale.
