Welcome to Let Go Completely.
This is your time,
A moment just for you.
You don't need to do anything right now.
You don't need to fix,
Solve or hold it all together.
Just arrive as you are.
Let the outside world fade into the background.
Let the tension begin to melt from your shoulders.
Let your breath begin to slow,
Softening the edges of your day.
This journey is an invitation to release what you no longer need,
To lay down the weight you've been carrying,
To soften around pain,
And to surrender the urge to control.
You're not here to escape.
You're here to return to you.
To a quieter truth that lives beneath the noise.
So gently,
Lovingly,
Come back to your body.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Let it hold you.
Let yourself be held.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are ready.
So let's begin.
Find your comfortable space,
Warm and cozy,
And gently close your eyes.
Feel your body beginning to relax and soften into this moment.
We now will go into a breathing practice with the rhythm of release.
It's effortless,
Flowing,
Just like water.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale with a sigh.
Again,
Breathe in and this time,
Exhale as if the breath is rolling out like a wave.
Feel it stretching,
Lengthening,
As if it continues far beyond you.
Now,
Place one hand gently on your heart,
The other on your lower belly.
As you inhale,
Imagine the breath filling your whole being,
A soft expansion.
And as you exhale,
Feel the breath melting away anything heavy.
Inhale,
Fill up with ease.
Exhale,
Soften into release.
Wonderful.
Let's take this a little deeper.
This time as you inhale,
Visualize your breath like a river flowing into you,
Filling you with light,
Clarity,
And trust.
And as you exhale,
Imagine this river carrying away everything you no longer need.
Doubt,
Tension,
The need to control.
And just let your breath become a rhythm,
A tide,
An effortless release.
There is no force,
No grasping,
Just flowing.
So,
With each breath,
Feel yourself emptying,
Clearing,
Opening,
Becoming as light as mist,
As fluid as water.
Now,
Take one last deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel everything that no longer serves you dissolving into space.
Let's move now into the sanctuary breath.
It's a rhythm designed for softening pain and for deep surrender.
And this practice combines an exhaling pulse technique with gentle holds to calm your nervous system and release tension.
So,
Inhale deeply through your nose for five counts,
Feeling expansion,
Inviting light.
Hold this breath gently for three counts,
Allowing warmth to settle into tense areas.
And exhale softly in three soft pulses through your mouth,
Letting pain,
Tightness flow out in waves.
Pause for two counts,
Sitting in the stillness.
And inhale again for five counts.
Hold for three counts.
Exhale in three soft pulses through your mouth.
Pause for two counts.
And let's repeat for four more rounds in your own time.
Inhale for five.
Hold gently for three.
Exhale in three soft pulses.
Pause for two.
And continue in your own time.
After a few cycles,
Imagine your breath becoming like a waterfall.
It's cool,
Cleansing,
Flowing through you,
Carrying away any weight and what no longer serves you.
And once more,
Inhale deeply for five.
Feel the expansion.
Invite light.
Hold for three.
Allow warmth to settle into those tense areas.
Exhale in three soft pulses,
Letting pain,
Tightness,
Or resistance flow out.
And pause for two,
Sitting in the stillness.
Good.
Now just resume your normal,
Natural breathing pattern.
Now you have softened and you are present in this moment.
So let's move into a sanctuary of peace.
Just visualize yourself standing at the edge of a hidden forest pool.
It's surrounded by ancient trees.
The air is so warm,
It's still and peaceful.
And overhead,
The night sky stretches endlessly.
Stars are reflected in the mirror-like water below.
You step closer,
You're drawn to this stillness.
The water is so calm,
It's untouched,
Serene.
You notice how it reflects everything around it,
Without holding on,
Without resistance.
The trees,
The stars,
The passing clouds,
Each comes and goes,
And the water simply allows.
Now you are kneeling at the water's edge.
You place your fingertips on the surface,
And as you do so,
The ripples move outward effortlessly.
And you watch as they fade into the vastness.
The pool has no need to grasp,
No need to hold tight.
It flows,
It releases,
It surrenders.
And now you feel yourself becoming like this still water,
Open,
Expansive,
At peace.
You are in stillness.
You are not separate from it.
You are part of something infinite.
The weight you've been carrying no longer belongs to you.
So,
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into stillness,
Deeper into peace.
Now imagine yourself as a river.
You're flowing effortlessly through a vast,
Open landscape.
You wind through valleys,
Over smooth stones,
Under ancient trees,
And you move without hesitation,
Without struggle.
Nothing is stuck,
Nothing resists.
Everything is simply moving,
Flowing,
Releasing.
So,
Feel this movement within you.
Feel the ease,
The effortlessness.
No matter what has come before,
No matter what lies ahead,
You are free,
Weightless,
And surrendered.
So,
Trust that you are held in this beautiful flow.
Trust that life is carrying you exactly where you need to be.
There is nothing to force,
Nothing to hold onto.
You are water.
You are movement.
You are freedom.
Stay here in this flow for a moment,
Feeling the deep,
Undeniable peace of surrender.
Now,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
As if you are inhaling the soft glow of dawn,
And exhale gently,
As if you are releasing a heavy mist from your body.
Visualize yourself now standing beneath a vast waterfall of light.
This light cascades down in shimmering waves,
Cool and soothing,
Washing over you,
Washing down your hair,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your chest.
It's wrapping around your abdomen,
Your hips,
Legs,
And feet.
And you notice,
While this light is cascading down,
Showering down,
It carries something powerful.
It's a healing current,
Infused with peace and renewal.
As the water flows over you,
It seeks out the places where pain lingers.
Perhaps it's a tightness in your chest,
Or a dull ache in your body,
Or a weight in your heart.
Wherever it finds pain,
The light gently loosens it,
Dissolves it,
Carries it away.
So,
Feel the warmth of this water soaking into your muscles.
It's softening them.
Now,
Visualize it seeping into your bones.
It's infusing every cell within you with deep relief.
The more you surrender to this healing light,
The more the pain begins to lift,
Floating away like mist rising from the earth after a fresh rain.
Now,
You step forward through this waterfall of healing light into a beautiful sanctuary of calm.
This is your inner refuge,
A peaceful space,
Untouched by stress or pain.
Here,
You are weightless,
Held,
Completely at ease.
So,
Breathe into this stillness.
Let it cradle you.
Let it heal you.
Beautiful.
So,
Slowly and gently begin to bring awareness back to your body,
But continue to feel your breath moving effortlessly through you.
And just feel the lightness of your body and the healing power of that healing light.
You are lighter now.
You are freer.
So,
Place your hands over your heart.
Take a breath in and as you exhale,
Whisper softly,
I trust,
I release,
I am free.
Again,
Breathe in trust and exhale surrender.
Now,
Take a moment to offer gratitude to yourself for showing up,
To your breath for guiding you,
To the water for showing you how to let go and know that this feeling of ease,
Healing and surrender is within you.
So,
When you're ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes.
Carry this flow with you.
Move lightly,
Move freely,
Trusting in life's rhythm.
Namaste,
My friend.
