By now,
Hopefully you have made your body nice and comfy.
It is a way to be responsible for your body.
Have your body protected.
Have your body strengthened and cushioned.
Right now it's time to let everything in your body go.
Relax and release.
Let yourself be a complete and utter blob.
Notice if there is some part of your body that needs extra support and then provide that.
Neck,
Back,
Shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists and hands,
Knees,
Ankles,
Feet,
Whatever your body needs.
You get to be responsible for your body.
That's a gift.
Filled with so many yummy delicious lessons.
Whether or not you accept the gift,
The gift is there.
This is an opportunity for you to accept this amazing gift.
You get to be responsible.
Make sure everything is uncrossed.
So if your ankles are crossed,
Please uncross them or if you're sitting crisscross applesauce with your legs crossed.
Just uncross your body,
Sit another way.
You could put the soles of your feet together or have your legs in a way that your feet are on the ground.
Whatever is comfortable.
Be responsible for your body.
What works for your body this moment?
It might change in the next moment.
So pick this one.
If you're wearing glasses,
Take them off please.
And remember,
It's easier when we include rather than pushing out or pushing away or trying to avoid or escape from anything.
Just allow and include.
If your body needs to be readjusted,
Readjust it.
If a dog barks or a doorbell rings or a door opens or closes,
Depending on where you live,
It could be the call of the crows or the shriek of a siren going by.
You could have voices nearby.
Whatever there is.
Just include and include and include.
And now just take a deep breath of pure white light,
Breathing that into your whole body.
Filling yourself from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes with pure white light.
And place into that pure white light inside of you anything at all in you that in your perception is not of that light.
Gently place that into that pure white light,
Whatever that is.
Thought happening,
A feeling,
An event,
An opinion,
Your body,
Anything.
Gently wrap whatever that is with pure white light that's in you and exhale in the ah,
Just letting it go.
Don't direct it.
Just let it fall out of your body.
Breathing pure white light in,
Filling every morsel of you with pure white light,
All of the solids,
All of the air,
All of the liquids,
With pure white light.
Locate any vestiges of anything remaining that is not of that light.
Gently cradle whatever that is in that pure white light.
Drop your tongue and your jaw.
Exhale on the ah and just let it go.
Let it go.
And one more time.
Consciously and deliberately breathing pure white light into your body,
Filling every atom,
Every electron,
Every exposon particle,
Every quark,
Every lepton,
Everything that is smaller than a lepton down to beyond infinitesimally small bits of you with pure white light.
Locate any last residuals of anything that is not of light.
Gently surround whatever that is with pure white light.
And just let all that fall out of your body on the ah.
Drop your tongue and your jaw and just let it go.
Let it go.
And one more time.
And now just have yourself conscious of your breath.
Breathing in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.
Notice how your body expands when you breathe in.
And breathing out,
Emptying from the bottom of your lungs up and out.
Noticing how when you exhale your body contracts.
Breathe into the back of your lungs.
So much space in the back of your lungs and the bottom.
And breathe out.
Inhaling,
Expanding.
Exhaling,
Contracting.
And let each breath in take you deeper and deeper.
And let each breath out take you deeper and deeper.
And let your muscles go.
And your toes just release.
Your feet and ankles inside and outside let them go.
Your calves and shins,
Knees and thighs,
Hips and buttocks just let all of that go.
Your lower back and your abdomen.
Your middle back and your diaphragm.
Your upper back and your chest.
Let go,
Release and go deeper.
And deeper.
Let the muscles go in your shoulders and upper arms.
Your elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers just let all of that go.
As your consciousness goes deeper and deeper.
Let the muscles go in your neck and throat,
Your jaw and tongue,
Your cheeks,
Temples,
Little muscles in and around your eyes,
Your forehead,
Up the back of your neck,
Around your ears and all over your skull.
Just let all of that go.
And let yourself go deeper and deeper.
Bring into your consciousness the concept of being responsible for your body,
Your physical body and all that it takes to take care of your body,
This housing,
This residence for you.
How your body needs to be cleaned and fed.
How it might need medication or supplements.
How it needs to be exercised.
How your body might need to relax.
You must put your body to bed and let it rest.
How you must always put liquids into your body to keep it balanced.
So many ways of being responsible just for this one thing called your body.
And now locate your consciousness in your heart.
And from inside your heart,
Locate as an experience the love that you are,
This birth rate of love that you are.
Can't be In love as in a state of love,
Now give love to your whole body in all the ways that you get to be responsible for your body.
And each aspect has an avenue of expressing love for your body.
Feeding your body is an act of love.
Hydrating your body is an act of love.
Feeding your body exercise is an act of love.
Cleaning your body,
Resting your body,
All acts of love.
Being responsible for your body becomes a privilege as an experience of and an expression of the love that you are.
You get to be responsible for your body,
How beautiful that is.
Bring into your consciousness your mind.
Think of all the things you do to be responsible for this gift of thinking.
Educating yourself whether in school or on your own.
Being aware of what's happening in the world.
Engaging in humor.
Choosing what to say to friends,
Family,
Co-workers,
The world.
Recognize being responsible for not only feeding your mind,
Giving your mind expression,
Developing what you think.
Altering how you think.
That this responsibility isn't something you have to do,
It's something you get to do as an act of love.
Allow yourself to recognize the privilege that it is to experience and express being responsible for your mind.
Bring into your consciousness your feelings,
Your emotions.
Remembering that your emotions are happening literally all the time.
And it's not about having a right way to feel or a wrong way to feel.
It is not about having enough feeling or not enough feeling or a good feeling or a bad feeling.
It's just letting yourself feel.
And knowing that as we grow and evolve that we have learned to be responsible for our feelings.
Reframe having to be responsible for your feelings to that you get the privilege of being responsible for your feelings.
That you get to love yourself that way.
Letting yourself feel everything you feel and love yourself through all of that.
Feet by feet,
Moment by moment,
Gifting to yourself the privilege and the blessing of both experiencing and expressing love,
That which you are.
To yourself and your feelings.
Being responsible as an act of love for you.
Allow to arise in your consciousness anyone or anything in the world for which you have been and continue to be responsible.
Family,
Friends,
Community,
The world,
Nature,
Animals,
Life.
And in any area where you feel that you are responsible and you have to be responsible,
See if you can slip yourself into that you get to be responsible.
And the privilege,
The blessing that it is that you get to have experience and expression of love that which you are in the domain of being responsible for those people,
Those aspects of the animal kingdom,
Nature,
The earth itself,
Life itself.
Wow.
You get to be responsible.
You get to experience and express being the love that you are that way.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in you,
Here and now.
One,
Two,
Three.
Feel your conscious mind arising.
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
The air around you,
The air in you,
The surface that your body is resting on.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present exactly where you are,
Exactly as you are with the privilege and the blessing of having responsibilities that you get to have as expressions of being and experiences of being,
The love that you are.
