Get yourself comfortable.

Uncross ankles or legs or arms or interlaced fingers just open your body up.
And now with your body open I would like you to to the best of your ability bring the soles of your feet together.
If you can't do that then at least just tilt them towards each other.
If you are missing a limb you just deal with it.
You have a phantom limb and still do it.
And then three fingers it's the thumb,
The pointer and the third finger.
So it's adding something to that okay sign but it's a very gentle connection.
You don't have to press down.
You'll be connected even if you come apart.
It's an energetic connection but just these three fingers thumb,
Fire finger and pointer together on both hands.
Okay if you wear glasses take them off and remember that our meditations we teach including rather than pushing a thought away or trying to override that you have a thought or feeling emotionally or physically or whatever there is it's really about including a dog barks,
A siren happens,
A door opens or closes,
A phone rings whatever it is just allow it.

In this circuiting and there's a circuit you as a bundle of electromagnetic energy or in this mudra that is the Sanskrit word meaning seal like sealing an envelope or a sort closing a circuit.
It also means gesture and pose but inside of this I want you to actually let yourself feel the energy as it is moving in your system and if your eyes aren't closed please close them and make sure your body is fully supported your head and neck,

Wrists,
Hands,
Lower back,
Hips,
Knees,
Ankles,
Feet,
Whatever you need to support you and have you be comfortable just do that and with the soles of your feet facing each other and your three fingers together in that mudra or seal or circuit I just ask that you feel you feel what you're feeling and trust that that you're feeling and that you cannot have an inaccurate feeling so feel what you're feeling and keep noticing what you're feeling you you notice your breath follow your breath in follow your breath out and notice what happens in your body when you do that and what happens in your emotional feelings when you do that just feel what you feel breathing in breathing out and let each breath bring you deeper into you you now as you breathe consciously breathe into the bottom of your lungs first and then fill up the backs of your lungs there's so much room in the back of your lungs and feel how your body feels with that and feel what you feel emotionally with that you notice if your body wants to be repositioned try that listen to that trust that reposition you and now with every breath you take in breathe pure white light in having pure white light fill every morsel of your body every morsel of your mind every morsel of your being every morsel of your feelings every morsel of your spirit every morsel of you filled with pure white light and breathe out whatever there is drop your tongue in your jaw and exhale just let it go let it go let it go and just notice what there is as you breathe pure white light in fill everything with pure white light and breathe out whatever's there you and now surround the whole of your body with pure white light and breathe normally and naturally you and just feel yourself going deeper and deeper you breathing in breathing out going deeper and deeper you inhaling and exhaling going deeper and deeper notice any area of your body where you are holding on your face ears neck throat shoulders anything that's there just let go you listening to whatever comes into you allowing yourself to hear what there is recognizing the pulses where else is there to let go in your body shoulders arms hands and fingers torso back middle and front pelvic floor hips legs ankles feet toes just let go and find as you let go that you as a separate being falls away going deeper and deeper you allow whatever images are there to be the images that are there you have questions they are being answered trust yourself trust the pulses you get you you you know deeply within you that you are trustworthy you you trust whatever you see or feel or hear or just now you and just let yourself go deeper and deeper letting go of anything else that arises notice where you are holding on in your life what opinions do you hold on to where are you right in your life where is somebody else wrong ask for the guidance that you need for the questions you have you have questions in your life and let the answer arise and trust what you get you you you allow the pulses to come in you feel them hear them or see them possibly just know you don't need rational evasion to just know you don't always need information to just now trust yourself you are trustworthy you listen to the pulses exactly as they are without interpretation without hope or fear simply letting the pulses say what they say you listen to the pulses feel your pulses they are designed for your recognition know ask your questions and get what you get trust yourself you I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine as I do allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers when I say the number nine gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present here in your body knowing that you do get answers and all there is for you is to trust those answers trust yourself you will always know what there is to do when you do that one two three feel your conscious mind arising four five six begin to feel yourself in your body where and how you are sitting or lying down seven eight nine gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in the room that you are in wherever you are let yourself be in the quiet knowing you do have those pulses all there is to do is for you to trust the pulse
