This short meditation is a gentle invitation to rest, regulate, and feel deeply supported. Through breath awareness and a body-based mantra practice inspired by nyāsa—a yogic technique of placing awareness and sound into the body—you’ll connect to a protective and healing energy. We call upon the mantra Om Hum, drawn from Tibetan traditions: Om evoking universal consciousness and Hum invoking purification and energetic protection. This is a soothing practice for times when you need to ground, clear your energy, and feel held from within.

Beautiful as always. First time I listened I lay down 2nd time sitting up. Think I preferred laying g down. Loved the 2 min of silence Loved the mantra .., Namaste Zoe
