Welcome to this healing visualization.
I want you to be as comfortable as can be in your chosen position so you can enjoy,
Relax and really refill your cup.
And I invite you to close your eyes or have a soft gaze to truly sink into your chosen position to release and relax.
And we will begin with three deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and you're going to exhale out through your mouth.
Let's take a deep breath in,
In through your nose and exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in,
In through your nose.
And exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in,
In through your nose.
And exhale and let it all out through your mouth.
And I invite you to get into the most comfortable breathing pattern.
Allowing yourself to become more at ease,
More at peace.
Set the intention for this practice.
Your intention.
What is it that you need right now in this moment?
I want us to fill the space with one another.
With peace and love.
Allowing ourself to wrap us in this high vibrational frequency of peace and joy.
And this beautiful air of love.
Giving ourself the opportunity to become more at ease,
To release,
To relax,
To become the observer.
Giving our chatter box,
As known as our mind,
A break.
Filling this space with no judgment,
No need for having to analyze any of the words you're hearing.
Just allowing yourself to receive and to expand.
To be open for your own magic.
To be open for your healing,
For your own heart medicine.
I want you to acknowledge your physical body and how you're feeling.
I want you to acknowledge if there are any aches,
Any tension,
Any tightness.
And I want you to send yourself healing towards the body part that needs it.
Your love,
Your gentleness and your kindness.
Instead of anything that is harsh,
Anything that could harm yourself.
Just giving yourself permission to be truly gentle and kind.
To receive your love,
To feel your love,
To infuse yourself with that love and be reminded that you have this beautiful soft blanket wrapped around yourself.
Bringing you the warmth,
The soothing,
The healing that you need,
The comfort.
Breathe into that.
Feel it.
And now imagine you're on a walk.
You're in a beautiful,
Soothing,
Mystical environment.
You feel that all of your senses are heightened,
Awakened.
That you are connected.
Connected with Mother Earth.
Connected with yourself.
That you are connected with your light.
And you're walking at your own pace,
At your own speed.
Step by step.
Connecting and connected.
But with every step,
That the soles of your feet are feeling the earth underneath.
You can feel the roots.
You can visualize these roots.
And see them as the beautiful,
Light roots entering into the earth.
And you're walking.
You see that light going through your physical body.
That light that is from within.
Going through your physical body.
As you're walking,
You see the movement of your beautiful light being.
From your legs,
To your hips,
Your butt,
Your back,
Your belly.
All of it is illuminated from within to the outside.
You feel your lightness.
And you feel the light in your arms,
In your belly,
In your neck,
In your head space.
And you feel how the light is entering out of your physical body.
Connecting with the skies.
You're grounded,
However you're so connected with the skies.
It is this perfect balance.
The perfect knowing of you being that beautiful light being.
The perfect knowing that this is the moment to do some beautiful healing work.
You are this earthly being having chosen this path.
And you're this beautiful spiritual being.
Connected with one another.
Helping you navigate your life's path.
Helping you making the choices.
Helping you making sure you're listening to your most authentic voices.
Helping you to feel your goodness,
Your worthiness.
Knowing that you are enough.
Knowing that you are worthy.
Knowing that you are worthy of your own love.
And as you're walking in this most magical landscape,
It is almost nighttime.
But you still see the lush and vibrant colors.
The green grass,
The flowers,
The plants,
The trees.
It is colorful.
Life is vibrant.
Mother Earth is showing you its vibrancy and beauty.
And you know it is getting darker and it is time to look at some of your shadows.
It is time to look at what it is that you need to look at.
It is time to recognize and be so gentle and kind and loving with yourself.
And there's this door that you're seeing in the middle of nowhere.
It's appearing and appears that it is this door that goes down into the earth,
Down into the darkness.
And you're ready to go.
You're ready to go and look into it.
You're ready to face your shadows.
To meet yourself with kindness and acceptance.
And as you're entering,
You're taking a deep breath in.
You're setting the intention to really be wrapped in your own love,
In your own forgiveness and acceptance of your all,
Of your whole being,
Of the being that is navigating this earth.
Being really kind and gentle with yourself and you're opening the door.
You're expecting the worst.
You're expecting the darkness.
You're expecting that you'll be scared.
That there's fear that you might not even want to enter.
But you're opening and you know there's this magnetism.
You know that you need to go and you're ready for it.
You're ready to go in and you're ready to look at yourself.
Always beautiful self,
But you're also ready to let go.
You're ready to let go of what it is that is not serving you anymore.
What it is that you must let go right now,
This moment,
In this lifetime,
In this moment.
So as you're entering and you're hovering a little bit,
You're getting adjusted to the darkness,
But you are able to open your eyes and you're able to recognize that this is not scary.
That you don't have to be afraid.
That this belongs to the journey.
That you are exactly where you're meant to be and that this is the opportunity to truly shed of what it is.
All of the layers that are not yours anymore.
All of the voices that are not serving you.
All of the limiting beliefs.
All of the attachments that are not serving you.
That are not at your frequency.
Let it go and just imagine how you're walking through it.
Maybe you're running.
Maybe you're going really really slow and you are letting go.
You're embracing to let it go.
You're embracing to transmute and transform it.
You're embracing to see how everything that is not serving you,
This low vibrational frequency,
Is beautifully transformed and transmuted into light.
Into this beautiful golden spark.
It's filling up the entire space.
This tunnel that is going into the earth,
Deep into the ground,
Where you are recognizing the roots.
Your roots and you are feeling the connection.
All of it is connected.
All of your being is connected and all of what you need is your acceptance.
Knowing that you are on this journey to learn.
Knowing that you are on this journey to grow and what it is that you need is your own love.
It is your own forgiveness and acceptance.
I want you to see it.
I want you to feel it.
I want you to see the connection and truly recognizing that this is what it is.
That you are exactly where you're meant to be and that you are always always learning and growing and healing.
Be very gentle and kind with yourself.

Take it all in.
Take exactly in of what it is that you need right now.
Let go and transform and transmute.
Feel the light around you.
I'm going to leave you for a few moments in this most beautiful,
Magnificent tunnel under the earth that you are illuminating that is vibrating.
That is vibrating with your wholeness,
The acceptance and your forgiveness.
I want you to feel into your goodness.
I want you to feel how you're receiving and how you are the light.
I want you to breathe into your wholeness.
Just imagine,
Visualize that ahead of you,
You see the mirror,
You see your reflection and you see yourself,
This beautiful illuminated being,
Whole being,
Full of love,
Full of life,
Full of joy.
Feeling it,
Breathing into it,
Into your divinity,
Your higher self.
Knowing that you got this.
Knowing that you can navigate anything that is coming along.
Knowing that you have this beautiful heart medicine in you.
It is you.
And asking before we're headed back,
Asking for what it is that you need right now in this moment.
What is it that you want,
That you need,
That you are looking for?
Before you're coming back onto the surface,
Ask for it underneath and walk with it out into the open and hold strong vision,
Envision and hold your own vision for yourself.
Knowing that you are worthy.
Knowing that you are here for peaceful and joyful experience.
Feeling the abundance around you,
The abundance for yourself of love,
The abundance of your light,
The abundance of knowing that this is all yours.
There's never a shortage.
There's never a shortage for each one of us.
And hold the vision,
Hold your vision,
Feel it.
Believe and trust yourself.
And you're on the surface knowing that whenever you must,
You can go back there.
You can always go back there,
Opening and knowing that you don't have to be scared to look at the shadows that belong to us to be able to shed the layers when we need to so that we can grow,
Expand,
Fortify ourselves,
Strengthening ourselves,
Believing in our spiritual,
Beautiful being of light.
Believing that we are worthy of our own love.
And taking this with you into the day,
Into the week,
Into the night,
Wherever you're at.
And I want you to see yourself filled up,
Rejuvenated,
Joyful,
Peaceful,
Filled up as you need it,
Exactly as you need it.
And walking away,
Walking away with peace,
Walking away with ease.
Coming gently,
Gently,
Gently back into your physical body,
Into your physical space.
Integrated,
Activated.
And you can wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Stretch your body,
Your neck,
Roll your shoulders.
And whenever you're ready,
