Make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Whatever that may be.
Let's begin with 3 deep breaths in,
In through your nose and you exhale out through your mouth.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Hold it and exhale.
Now let's take another deep breath in and imagine when you are inhaling,
You are inhaling this beautiful bright sparkling light.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Hold it and let go,
Let go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.
One more deep breath in,
Inhale this beautiful bright light,
These sparkles that are elevating your body.
Hold it,
Have your body be filled up and let go,
Let go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.
Exhale the elevation of your body with these beautiful bright sparkles,
This light,
This healing light that's all around you like a beautiful comfy blanket.
Now continue this breathing pattern where you are inhaling this bright light,
This peace and love.
And with every out breath you are letting go,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.
Scan through your body from head to toe and feel if there is any tension or tightness that might need to be released.
Don't forget you have this beautiful blanket of bright sparkles,
This light that is healing and elevating your entire being.
Also helping to release any tension or tightness.
Direct your awareness to your chest area,
Stretch your spine gently,
Open yourself,
Feel this warm light around your chest area,
Opening yourself up,
Receiving and releasing.
Let's thank our bodies for its work,
Its endurance,
Its strength,
Its honor and cherish.
All parts of our bodies,
Even the ones we think are flawed.
Imagine looking at yourself and shower yourself in love,
Feeling these bright sparkles around you that elevates your entire being,
Acknowledging the parts we think are flawed and say I love you,
I love me.
I thank you.
I'm listening to you.
Thank you for guiding me.
As you are showering yourself with this love and kindness,
Embrace yourself.
We often times need to really hug ourselves.
Sometimes we need to allow ourselves to let go,
Let go of accumulated emotions.
So now imagine yourself walking along this beautiful mountain river.
And you are thirsty and want to take a good gulp from this river water.
The sun is tickling your face and warming you up.
So you are not only preparing yourself to take that sip of water but you are also freshening yourself with this water in your face and your neck.
It's brisk and it does exactly what you want it to do.
And as you are getting ready to drink that water,
You are just quietly standing still,
Listening and you hear this river water is cleansing and healing you,
Allowing you to deeply let go,
Allowing you to get rid of blockages that you weren't even aware existed.
You know you are at a place that is very special and you are very consciously drinking this water that not only trenches your thirst and refreshes your physical body but also allows you to cleanse your energetic body.
It's almost like you can feel when you are actually swallowing it,
How it runs through your body and how it clears,
How it clears your energetic being.
And you are so grateful,
Filled with tremendous gratitude,
Being able to be still and drink this water in this beautiful mountain river.
Being able to cleanse and clear and let go,
Let go of emotional blocks,
Let go of feelings that have been suppressed,
Let go of anxiety and just feel the trust,
The trust of this beautiful life,
This beautiful water,
The trees that you see,
The stones that are in the river that are shining through.
And as you feel cleansed and you feel lighter,
You are also able to feel these beautiful light sparkles in the air everywhere.
It's abundant.
This is you.
This is your creation.
It comes from all sides.
You're showered with it.
You transformed these low vibrations into high vibrations.
You let them go and you transformed.
And you feel at ease and you feel clarity for your path,
Listening to your soul,
Your spirit,
Letting yourself be guided,
Allowing for distractions and noise to be gone.
Now let's take another deep breath in,
Inhale this beautiful,
Bright,
Abundant light and let go.
Whenever you're ready,
You can slowly come back into your space.
Make all your toes and move your fingers.
This way your shoulders and invite you to open your eyes and smile.
