Thank you for meditating with me.
Thank yourself for being here and taking this time.
Make sure you're in a comfortable position,
Whatever that may be.
In a space where you can be uninterrupted and enjoy.
Let's start with taking three deep breaths in.
In through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it and exhale.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold it and let go.
One more deep breath in.
Hold it and let go.
Allow your body to relax and settle into your space.
Allow for any tightness or any tension to gently dissolve and disappear.
Now imagine this beautiful bright light that is gently wrapped around your vessel like a blanket that brings you warmth but also the support that is gently caressing you at the body parts where you need it most.
This beautiful blanket of bright light all around your body.
From head to toe you're wrapped in it and you feel the support and the healing properties.
Continue allowing yourself to let go even more.
To let your vessel become heavier but also lighter.
And you're allowing yourself to deepen your breathing pattern.
To become more at ease and peace with every in breath and allow yourself to let go of anything that does not serve or belong to you.
Letting go of any low vibrations that cloud your mind and hinder your path.
Now imagine yourself walking in the forest.
It is just getting dark.
You are perfectly comfortable.
You know exactly where you're going.
These are your stomping grounds.
And it almost feels like you're on your way home.
It's a magical forest.
Filled with all different types of trees.
You're so familiar with them.
You're walking in sync with them.
Talking to them,
Thanking them for their shelter,
Their guidance and their support throughout.
The years.
You're filled with gratitude and love.
Your heart is open.
Open to receive.
Also open to let go.
And as you're continuing to walk,
You encounter this wolf's pack.
Even though this is such a familiar path and way for you.
You have not met these wolves before.
You're not scared.
They're not scared.
You lock eyes with one of them.
And you can feel the kindness and love and you realize.
This one is here to relay a message.
They're all here to relay messages but you have one that's specifically for you.
And as you're calmly standing there in distance.
Breathing deeply into the eyes of this really beautiful animal.
You're now allowing yourself to receive this message.
Being calm and collected.
Getting a bit closer.
The wolf is gently coming a bit closer.
Coming a bit closer.
Embracing your being.
Sharing his wisdom and love.
And so he departs.
And you just watch them depart.
Their beauty and power.
And you're humbled.
And filled with peace and joy.
And you're taking a deep breath in,
Inhaling this strength,
This power,
The message that has been delivered specifically to you.
And you're letting go,
Letting go of anything that you do not need or does not belong to you.
You're slowly continuing your walk.
Your walk in your forest that feels like your home.
Walking on this path of clarity,
Of peace,
Of love and light.
And you're smiling.
Smiling as you walk.
Walk away and allow yourself to gently come back into your space.
You can wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And take that power and strength and clarity with you.
Knowing that this wolf is always here for you to deliver your messages.
And now smile and gently open your eyes whenever you're ready.
