Hi there,

Thank you for being here and meditating with me.

My name is Siska.

Make sure that you are in a comfortable position,

Whatever that may be,

But suits you best.

And we will start off with three deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Hold it and let go.

Let's take another deep breath in,

Hold it and let go.

And one more deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it and exhale.

Allow for your body to gently sink into your chosen position,

To relax and enjoy.

You have chosen these moments of self-care,

Self-love,

Self-acceptance.

Your journey within is adventurous and so beautiful,

Knowing that we have so much beautiful wisdom in us,

This beautiful light,

This abundant light that we have within us like this fire,

That we are able to elevate our own vibrations,

Letting go of any of these lower vibrational frequencies,

Transform these low vibrational frequencies into high vibrational frequencies.

Now place your hand,

Your right hand on your chest.

Feel the warmth of your palm that is covering your chest.

Feel how your heartbeat becomes more quiet.

With every in-breath,

Your inhale peace and quiet.

And with every out-breath,

You are letting go,

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.

Letting go of that stress,

The worries,

The anxieties and fears.

And you inhale peace and quiet.

Now imagine that your arm,

Your hands,

The tips of your fingers are covered with this beautiful sparkling bright light.

Visualize it.

Maybe feel it tingling.

Feel this beautiful high vibrational frequency.

Feel how you are able to transfer this beautiful bright sparkling light into your chest area.

Letting it flow effortlessly,

Abundantly into your chest area,

Activating all of these sparkling bright lights in your body,

In your lower body.

Letting it,

Elevating it.

This beautiful soothing healing energy.

Forming your lower vibrations into these beautiful light high vibrational frequencies.

Allowing for your body to relax.

Your physical vessel.

Allowing for your spirit body to elevate.

To be filled with this love,

With your love,

Your self-love,

Your self-acceptance.

Your wisdom,

Your clarity.

Now let's take a deep breath in and your inhale in this beautiful bright light,

These sparkles.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel the elevation of your body.

Feel the elevation of your vibrations and let go,

Let go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.

Allow for this sparkling bright light.

To heal.

To give you the warmth and the love that you need.

To expand your consciousness,

Your heart.

To feel gratitude.

To feel this love.

To fill your cup with love.

So that you can share this beautiful light,

This beautiful wisdom,

The strength that you have.

To share the unity of our beings.

To navigate with these high vibrational frequencies,

These beautiful sparkles that you can access at any time.

Let's take another deep breath in and inhale again this beautiful bright light and when you exhale you're letting go,

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.

Let's take a deep breath in and let go.

You're a beautiful light being,

Able to fill yourself up with this light at all times needed.

Now I invite you to gently come back into your chosen position.

You can wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Stretch your neck.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes and don't forget to smile.

Let's take a deep breath in and let go of anything that doesn't serve or belong to you.
