Day 1: Research your child mode Learn about the different child mode schemas we all have. On this first day of our meditation course, we delve into understanding your inner child. Through guided meditation and self-reflection, you'll explore the various child mode schemas that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Gain insight into how these inner child modes manifest in your life and begin the journey towards nurturing and healing your inner child. Day 2: Research your parent modes In today's session, we shift our focus to exploring your inner parent modes. Through meditation and introspection, you'll uncover the different roles and beliefs adopted from parental figures throughout your life. Gain awareness of how these inner parent modes shape your self-perception and relationships, empowering you to cultivate compassion and self-acceptance. Day 3: Research your survival modes Today, we confront the survival modes that have become ingrained in your psyche. Through mindfulness practices and deep reflection, you'll identify the instinctual responses and coping mechanisms that arise in times of stress or adversity. By acknowledging and understanding these survival modes, you can begin to cultivate healthier coping strategies and break free from self-limiting patterns. Day 4: Take care of your inner child In our final session, we focus on nurturing and caring for your inner child. Through gentle meditation and loving-kindness practices, you'll connect with your inner child with compassion and empathy. Learn how to provide the comfort, validation, and support that your inner child craves, fostering healing and integration within yourself.


Meet your Teacher

Dr. Yvette Vermeer supports individuals in overcoming procrastination and perfectionism through insightful tips grounded in psychology. Drawing from her expertise as a researcher and educator based in the Netherlands, she provides coaching sessions both in-person and online, while also engaging audiences as a motivational speaker.
