Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe your breathing.
Feel the breath enter.
Feel the breath leave.
Feel the stillness that enters the mind as you start to take the awareness of the mind to the breath.
Breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Observe the movement within the ribcage.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Observe the simplicity of the breath.
Observe how it brings peace to the mind.
How for the few moments that you're focusing on the breath,
The mind is not wandering.
It's not thinking about the myriad of things that bring stress and tension.
Just observe the breath enter.
Observe the breath leave.
And feel the stillness that that brings to the mind.
Breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Keep bringing more and more stillness to the mind through simply observing each in-breath.
Simply observing each out-breath.
Breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Keep observing your breathing.
Keep allowing for stillness to grow in the mind.
Breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Continue to observe the breath.
Feel the movements within the body as you breathe in.
As you breathe out.
Focus on stillness growing in the mind.
Each time you breathe in.
Each time you breathe out.
Keep more and more stillness growing within.
Feel the mind coming to a point of stillness.
As it observes the breath.
Allow yourself to enjoy the feeling of stillness that arises from deep within as you observe the breathing.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allow the awareness,
The concentration to come simply to the breath.
Breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Just feel stillness in the mind as it's focusing on the breathing.
You breathe in.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
You connect to points of stillness and silence within.
And as you do,
Just in your mind's eye,
You find yourself in nature.
You feel yourself overcome by the sensations of tranquility that you experience in nature.
Just in your mind's eye.
You see a beautiful lake.
You hear the sounds of the lake.
Ripples in the water.
You feel as part of you.
You feel the water bringing you tranquility.
You hear the trees in the forest bringing you stillness.
And you feel how you're part of everything in nature.
How everything in nature is made up of the same energy that you're made up of.
It's made up of atoms,
Molecules.
The trees,
The plants,
They all contain DNA in cells,
Just as you do.
The water in the lake is the same as the water in your cells.
In the cells of the tree.
You start to feel yourself connected to nature.
Realizing that the energy in nature is still,
Timeless.
Energy of presence that exists in nature is part of you.
You're connected to it.
You feel a sense of belonging.
As you find yourself surrounded by the trees,
The birds,
The lake just by your side.
You continue to listen to the water.
You continue to feel the energy of the forest.
You feel the stillness of nature becoming part of you.
You feel it deep within you.
Growing within you.
You realize that nature,
The trees,
The plants,
Everything within nature doesn't need to do anything.
And yet,
It accomplishes everything.
It lives,
It exists.
It absorbs the carbon dioxide that's there in the atmosphere.
Releases oxygen.
Grows towards the sun.
But without having to do.
Without having to enter into stress.
Without having to react.
It's already there.
Nature doesn't live in the future,
Or in the past.
It's simply present.
It simply exists in this moment in time.
You listen to the trees,
To their energy.
You feel how they feel.
There is no past.
There is no future.
Just an eternal,
Timeless now.
They're already beyond the mind.
Already connected to the heart and the soul of the universe.
You feel how it feels to let go of the mind.
Its wandering thoughts,
Its worries about the future.
To let go of its sadness about the past.
And to simply be,
Just as nature simply is.
Not worrying about the future.
Not sad about the past.
Just living an eternal,
Ever present now.
Seeing how life is simply a game.
No goals.
Nothing to run after.
No fears of what might happen.
Enjoying the present moment.
Enjoying the game of life.
There's no winning or losing to worry about.
The purpose of the game of life is simply to enjoy.
To be ever present.
To connect to nature and the soul of the universe.
That breathes in nature.
That exists in nature.
You continue to hear the sound of the lake.
Continue to listen to the rustling of the leaves.
The birds singing,
The insects playing.
Realizing how they all know life is just a game.
The past is gone.
The future has yet to be.
We exist in this present moment to enjoy and play the game of life.
To just be present.
You feel your worries,
Your tensions dissolving.
As nature takes you over.
You feel your tensions flowing away.
Your sadness disappearing.
And you feel simply a connection to nature.
To the forest.
You feel it breathing,
Living through you.
You observe how the cells within you are the same as the cells within the plants,
The trees.
You observe how the oxygen you breathe in is a gift from nature.
How the carbon dioxide you breathe out is a gift to nature.
The plants,
The trees breathe in your carbon dioxide and release the oxygen that you breathe in.
How you are on this earth to live in harmony with nature.
And how anytime you lose your harmony,
You can just connect back.
In your mind's eye.
To this forest.
The beautiful trees,
The lake.
You observe your breathing once more.
You remember and feel your connection to nature.
You keep feeling the rib cage expanding.
Contracting.
You keep feeling your connection to nature growing.
Feeling stillness deep within.
Just as the forest experiences a deep stillness.
And you allow the forest to share its deep stillness with you.
You see how the forest has no goals,
Doesn't run or strive.
It simply is.
You remember how we're created out of nature.
Made up of the same cells.
Not to run anywhere,
Just created to be still.
If you let go of the mind,
Connect back to your heart and your soul.
You'll still act,
Still be in the world.
You'll act according to the unfolding of life.
According to the playing of the game.
Without having to react.
Without having to go back into the mind.
To be stressed.
You can live in the heart.
Just be connected to nature.
Be connected to the love and the peace and the happiness that exists in your heart.
And to simply live your life in a way where you act and rest.
Without having to react.
Without having to go into the mind.
Without having to become stressed.
Just seeing life as a beautiful game that unfolds.
Unfolds in a way that constantly connects you back to your heart.
And you see that your connection to nature brings you back to this love.
This peace.
This happiness that exists within.
You release the mind to unleash your true being.
Your true essence.
That you find so easy to connect to.
Here in the forest.
Here in nature.
Where the mind doesn't exist.
Just the heart and the soul.
You continue to observe your breathing.
Continue feeling how the breath connects you to nature.
Sharing oxygen.
Carbon dioxide.
With the nature all around you.
The nature that you're observing in your mind's eye.
And keeping this feeling of stillness in your heart.
In your soul.
Remembering that we're just playing a game.
There's no winning.
No losing.
That your life is just about enjoyment.
The present moment.
No right.
No wrong.
Just playing the game.
Being present.
Not running away to the past or the future.
You keep the feelings,
The imagery.
Of the forest,
The lake.
Of nature,
Deep within your heart.
You rub both palms together.
You generate warmth in the palms.
Keep the feeling of stillness within you.
Remembering the forest.
And your interaction with it.
Whenever you need to.
Taking the palms over the eyes.
Bring warmth back into the eyes.
Slowly release the palms.
Slowly open the eyes.
You still feel the stillness of nature within you.
And you remember you can connect back whenever you desire.
