Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Feel the breath entering,
Leaving at the nostrils.
Take your awareness to the tip of the nose.
Feel the sense of stillness that comes from observing the breath.
Breath enters,
Breath leaves.
Stillness enters the mind,
Grows in the mind.
And the mind just focuses on the breathing.
Observing the feelings,
The sensations within the nostrils.
As the breath enters,
The breath leaves.
The thoughts just drift away.
As you realize that the thoughts don't bring peace,
But that the breath and focusing the awareness on the breath brings peace and stillness.
And by observing the breath,
You feel yourself guided towards a point of stillness deep inside yourself.
A white light deep within.
You feel the breath is guiding you to this point of stillness.
This point of white light deep inside yourself.
The thoughts continue to lose their importance.
You see them just as waves.
Energies that come and go,
Contradict each other,
Have no importance.
The thoughts fade away.
The breath and the silence that it brings take over.
And your awareness moves closer and closer to the deep point of silence.
The deep point of stillness deep within yourself.
Nothing but stillness remains.
Here is your original true nature.
You're now just an observer of the thoughts.
You're not needing to react to them.
You can see there's something separate to you.
There are a collection of thoughts passed through from generation to generation,
But they're not you.
There's something external.
Your true nature is a silence,
The stillness within.
You look within your body,
You see a series of energies,
A series of lights,
Swirling vortexes of energy,
The chakras.
You see lines of energy,
The nadis,
They all manifest as light.
And your awareness moves higher and higher through the chakras,
Towards the crown of the head.
And here you see the most beautiful,
Swirling vortex of energy that you could ever imagine in your entire life.
This huge swirling vortex of energy brings you nothing but stillness,
Nothing but peace.
And you feel your awareness moving deeper and deeper,
Closer and closer within.
From here you can see there's no separation between you and the entire world,
Just peace exists.
The awareness of a oneness.
You observe how this body that encompasses you is made up of the minerals that make up the entire universe.
The iron,
The carbon inside you,
Or inside the stars,
Inside the great Mother Earth.
These elements are now inside you and they're inside every being,
Every plant,
Every rock on this planet.
They're inside every star.
We're all part of a oneness,
Part of the same energy.
And by having your awareness here at Sahasrara,
At the seventh chakra,
You can see this clearly.
You can see clearly that it's only ever this oneness that exists.
You start to observe now the mind,
Which in the ancient world was called Manas.
You see how the mind,
Through its attraction to the five senses,
Creates a sense of separateness,
Creates likes and dislikes that pull you away from your natural awareness of everything being connected.
But you see that the mind is something separate to you.
You observe it,
You see how the mind is simply wave patterns,
Thoughts that come and go,
Thoughts that bring stress through seeing the world as being something separate,
Thoughts that contradict each other according to your current likes,
Current dislikes that are always changing.
You see thoughts as being something that are an antagonism and you realize that by reacting to them you stop seeing the world as it truly is,
A place of connection on oneness.
And here with your awareness resting in Sahasrara,
In your seventh chakra,
You see everything as being connected.
You see the mind as simply being an illusion.
You don't react to it and it has no power over you.
You just observe it,
Enjoy watching its changing patterns,
See that it's always there but that you don't need to react to it.
You just watch it as a separate entity created by millions and millions of thought patterns throughout the generations.
But it's not you,
It's not anyone,
It's just an energy that reacts and sees things as separate.
As you let go of the mind you realize that you don't need to react to its fears nor its desires.
When you stop reacting to them only the awareness of this present moment in time remains.
Its fears take you to imaginary futures that may never happen.
Its desires pull you away from enjoying the present moment.
But you let go of its fears,
Its desires and Sahasrara,
The swirling vortex of energy teaches you that the present moment is all there ever is.
To remain in the present moment means to be blissful,
To be happy always.
There is no past,
No future,
There's just this moment in time.
The present moment is all that truly exists.
No past,
No future.
Stillness grows in the mind.
You just feel stillness and peace.
You observe the beautiful white light.
Sahasrara manifests no sense of separation,
Just a oneness with the entire world,
The entire universe.
We're all made up of the same stardust that created the planets,
The stars,
The same carbon,
The same atoms,
The same minerals.
There is no separation.
The white light that emanates from Sahasrara shows you that a oneness is all that ever exists.
We live and exist in harmony with each other.
When we're in nature we connect to the trees,
To the plants,
Breathe out the oxygen that we breathe in.
The water that trickles through the rivers,
The streams,
Is the water that we drink that's in our cells,
In the cells of each and every one of us.
There's nothing but connection,
Oneness in the universe.
You observe the mind without reacting to it,
Realizing that it's full of tricks that teach you that we're different.
But your truth is here in the seventh chakra.
Your truth is in knowing that we're all connected,
That there's only ever a oneness that connects and unites all of us.
No you,
No me.
Everything is made up of the same energy.
Everything is a oneness.
This is the teaching of your seventh chakra,
Sahasrara.
The beautiful vortex of energy that lies at the crown of your head,
That emanates white light and peace,
Brings you back to your true self.
No you,
No me.
Just oneness in this present moment in time.
This is who you truly are.
You keep this feeling of oneness alive inside you,
This feeling of peace,
This feeling of the white light.
Thoughts,
Ideas of separateness disappear.
They belong to another dimension.
You observe the thoughts but they're not you,
They're just energies,
Wave patterns that can be observed.
Your true nature is the white light,
The peace that emanates from Sahasrara.
You rub both palms together,
Generating warmth in the palms.
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,
Bring the warmth back into the eyes,
Keeping the awareness of oneness,
Unity alive inside of yourself,
Keeping the feeling of peace alive.
Separate your hands from the eyes.
Just feel the oneness in the universe,
Slowly opening the eyes.
