Start to observe the breath.
Start to observe the in-breath.
Start to observe the out-breath.
Feel the breath entering,
Feeling your lungs as you breathe in.
Feel the breath leaving the lungs as you breathe out.
Just connect to the breath and as you do connect to the stillness deep within yourself.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel stillness entering the body as you breathe in.
Feel the thoughts drifting away as you breathe out.
Breathe in stillness enters.
Breathe out.
Any negative energy within simply leaves on the out-breath.
As you breathe in,
A white light starts to enter,
Filling the lungs with light,
Filling the body with light.
As you breathe out,
A dark smoke leaves and takes with it any tiredness,
Any negative energy within.
Breathe in.
White light enters,
Fills you with a sense of peace.
Breathe out the dark smoke leaves,
Taking with it tension,
Tiredness,
Negative energy,
Negative thoughts from the mind.
Breathe in,
The white light enters.
Breathe out,
Tiredness,
Negativity leaves.
With each in-breath,
The sense of peace within grows.
With each out-breath,
You breathe a sigh of relief,
Releasing any negative tension from deep within the body,
From within the mind.
Now as you breathe in,
A white light enters,
Bringing you a sense of peace.
As you breathe out,
As a dark smoke leaves,
You see the energy that brings you the most negative,
The most negativity.
You see fear being released with the dark smoke as you breathe out.
As you breathe in,
The white light enters,
Peace enters into you.
As you breathe out,
The dark smoke leaves,
Taking with it fear.
The cause of any weakness,
Any tiredness,
Any tension within,
The cause of any negative thoughts within,
The fear starts to be expelled with the out-breath,
With the dark smoke as you breathe out.
As you breathe in,
Peace enters.
As you breathe out,
The dark smoke,
The fear starts to be removed.
And then taking your attention from your breath to a point deep within yourself,
A point deep within yourself,
That represents stillness.
You become aware of a dark cloud and you label,
Name that cloud as fear.
And you see this fear dissolving as the cloud dissolves.
You see the fear moving away as you actually confront it.
You realize that it's not a person or an event that can bring you fear.
It's an emotion that lies trapped within that you can remove by simply releasing it.
You see this dark cloud,
This negative cloud of fear for what it is,
An energy that just drains you.
You remember the deep sense of peace that exists within yourself and you allow the cloud of fear to disappear,
To move away.
You see the dark cloud dissolving.
You start to observe your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Observing how they're always changing,
Observing how some thoughts can lead to the feeling of fear within and how fear can appear in different parts of the body.
You see and observe the fear,
Seeing that it has no permanence.
It's always changing,
Sometimes there,
Sometimes disappearing,
Sometimes turning into other emotions,
But not reacting to it in any way.
You can see the fear for what it is,
Something impermanent that comes and goes.
You can be an observer and not allow the fear to overcome you,
But simply watch it and you see it again as a dark cloud.
You realize that of its own nature,
Fear will disappear.
You realize you don't need to react to it,
You realize it comes and goes in waves,
But it has no permanence,
Just being detached from it.
You see it as this dark cloud,
Cloud that slowly drifts away,
Starts to dissolve,
Disappears completely.
You realize there's no permanence to this fear.
If you can simply observe it without reacting to it,
You can see it for what it is,
A negative emotion that just drains energy and you allow for the white light to enter in once more,
To bring you peace.
And in this peace you can see fear for exactly what it is,
An illusion,
A trick of the mind,
Based on worries,
Things that may never happen,
Based on experiences of the past that are long gone.
You see this cloud of fear dissolving,
Disappearing,
Drifting off.
You see the white light of stillness growing within.
You connect to the point of stillness,
Still deep within yourself and you see white light growing,
Spreading deep inside yourself.
You see yourself as nothing but white light.
You see and feel this white light in every part of your being.
When you're in touch with this peace within,
This white light within,
You can see how fear is something external that you never need to react to.
You can simply observe,
Watch it come and go,
But you don't need to react to it.
You can just watch it,
Watch it disappearing and you see yourself completely now as the white light.
You see and feel the white light in every part of your body,
In every cell,
Every molecule.
You see that this is your original true nature,
One of peace and stillness.
You see and observe from here without reacting.
Our thoughts come and go.
Our feelings,
Emotions appear in different parts of the body in reaction to the thoughts,
But how they too ultimately come and go without reacting to them.
You just observe seeing how they're all just clouds that come and go.
How your original true nature is a white light,
The stillness within that simply observes.
You see the clouds coming and going and you connect to the stillness.
You connect to the white light within.
You see everything's white light now.
Everything's peace.
Everything is stillness.
The dark clouds have come and gone.
They've floated away,
Dissolved as they cannot remain in the presence of the light within yourself.
You just connect more and more to the light that exists within yourself,
To the sense of peace that is your original true nature,
That is your birthright.
You connect to the peace that was inherently within yourself for all of time and always will be within yourself.
Negative emotions just drift away,
Float away.
Just see yourself as the white light within.
You see and observe that fear has completely disappeared with the dark cloud.
You remind yourself that if it ever appears again you just need to recognize it for what it truly is.
It doesn't depend on a person or a thing.
It's a dark cloud,
A negative energy that can sometimes appear.
You don't need to react to it.
You can just observe it and see how it disappears itself.
You connect to the white light within.
Just see any dark clouds drifting away forever.
You see yourself completely as white light,
White light touching every part of your body,
Reminding yourself of your original true nature of peace,
Your true nature of stillness.
White light manifests in every part of your body.
You rub both palms together.
You generate warmth in the palms.
You take the palms just over your eyes,
Bringing a healing,
Soothing energy into your eyes.
You feel warmth in your eyes,
Keeping this feeling of warmth within you,
Seeing how fear has been dissolved,
Keeping the feeling of the white light within,
Connecting to the white light within.
You slowly move your hands away.
You slowly open your eyes.
