Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Feel the breath enter.

Feel the breath leave.

Feel the mind coming to stillness.

Continue to focus your awareness on your breathing.

Feel stillness growing in the mind.

The breath enters.

Breath leaves.

The breath connects you to a point of deep stillness within.

Keep your awareness at the tip of the nose.

Feel the sensations as the breath enters.

You feel the ribcage expand.

Contract.

Thoughts come and go,

But they lose their importance,

Their significance.

The breath and the silence that the breath brings you to,

Or what matter?

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Continue connecting to the silence within.

Continue connecting to the stillness within.

As you breathe in,

You observe a white light entering.

Reaching into each cell,

Each molecule within your body.

Bringing stillness.

Bringing silence.

Your whole body becomes filled with light.

You continue to observe the breath.

The thoughts continue to lose their significance.

As you realize that the thoughts just contradict each other.

Change all the time.

They have no permanence,

They just race.

But true stillness comes from deep within.

From observing the breath.

Connecting to the stillness within.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Feel the white light entering into each cell,

Each molecule within you.

Feel your body becoming filled with stillness.

Thoughts start to disappear,

Fade away.

As the breath becomes more and more your main point of focus.

Take the awareness back now to the tip of the nose.

Just feel the breath entering,

Leaving.

Feel the stillness growing deep within.

Connecting to the stillness deep within.

Keeping the awareness at the tip of the nose.

The breath enters.

The breath leaves.

Your body becomes filled more and more with the white light that enters as you breathe in.

Touches into each cell,

Each molecule.

The breath brings you stillness.

Your whole body becomes filled with white light.

You start to observe the nature of the white light that's within each cell,

Each molecule.

The breath guides you to the awareness.

Each cell,

Each molecule contains peace.

You see it in every part of you.

You connect to this peace within.

The more you focus on the breath,

The more you see white light in each cell,

Each organ,

Each muscle,

Each limb.

You see that with this awareness,

Your entire body is filled with white light.

Peace exists within you.

Stillness exists within you.

You feel peace,

Stillness in every part of your body,

In every cell,

Every molecule.

Your entire body is filled with white light.

You're connected back to your original nature.

Just stillness exists here.

You're far,

Far away from the mind and its distractions.

You observe the mind.

You see that thoughts enter and leave.

But you're just an observer now.

You don't react to the thoughts or the feelings that they create.

You're simply connected to the white light within.

The white light that the breath guides you towards.

From this place of stillness,

You just observe thoughts entering and leaving.

The feelings they create.

But these thoughts,

These feelings,

Have nothing to do with your true essence.

They're just waves that come and go.

Your true essence is deep inner stillness,

Deep inner peace.

A consciousness that's simply aware.

A white light deep within.

That just watches changes coming and going.

Watches fluctuations.

But the essence of your being is a white light deep within.

And you see the white light permeating every cell of your body.

Filling you completely with peace.

You see yourself as nothing but peace.

Nothing but stillness.

This white light is deep within you.

Deep inside each cell.

Deep inside each molecule.

The white light permeates your entire being.

This is who you truly are.

Keep your connection to the white light within.

You continue to just be the observer of the thoughts.

Not reacting to them in any way.

The observer of the feelings,

The perceptions.

The memories,

The dreams that the mind creates.

But you don't react to them.

You just recognize them constantly as waves.

And you remind yourself that any time you need to connect to the white light within.

You just observe your breath.

Close your eyes.

And let the breath guide you to the stillness.

The white light that's within each cell.

Within every part of your being.

Nothing but white light exists.

This is who you truly are.

Inner stillness.

Keeping this awareness of the white light.

You rub both palms together.

You generate warmth in the palms.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

Bringing light back.

Warmth back into the eyes.

You slowly move your hands away.

You slowly open the eyes.
