Give yourself the next few minutes to get into a comfortable position.
You could listen to this recording while laying comfortably on your back or while sitting in a comfortable seated position.
Be sure to turn off the notifications on your phone and let anyone in your home know that you don't want to be interrupted for the next 10 or 15 minutes.
When you're ready,
Close down your eyes and begin to deepen your breath.
Allow a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose,
Then releasing long and slow through a slightly opened mouth.
Let your body fall into its own natural breathing pattern now.
