Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Lying down on your back.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Allow your body to relax,

Releasing any tension in your muscles.

Set an intention for this practice focused on abundance and wealth.

Repeat in your mind,
