Blow your worries away.
Close your eyes and take in a very deep breath.
Pretend your belly is a balloon,
And as you breathe in,
Blow your balloon up as big as you can.
Now,
Breathe out and release it all.
Now let your arms and legs get as floppy as spaghetti.
Just let them get heavy and loose.
They feel so heavy now,
It's as if you don't even want to move them,
Because they're just so very comfy.
In your mind,
Pretend you are pulling a big magical bubble blower out of your pocket.
It looks like any regular bubble blower,
But this one has real magic in it.
Now,
Imagine you have a big bowl of magic bubble soap in front of you.
Dip your giant bubble blower into the thick magic bubble liquid.
I want you to think about something that has been bothering you,
Or something that has bothered you in the past.
As you take your next breath in,
Take that thought and start to blow it through the bubble blower to make a gigantic bubble.
Keep blowing out any worries or fears that you might have into that bubble.
Then continue blowing the bubble until you think it's big enough.
Get all your worries in there,
And don't worry.
It'll keep getting larger to hold them all.
As you finish,
Let the bubble float away,
And watch as the breeze carries your worry bubble far,
Far away,
Up into the clouds,
So far that you'll never have to worry about that bubble.
Now,
Imagine you have a big bowl of magic bubble soap to worry about that again.
It's leaving now.
Watch as it goes.
Wave goodbye.
Doesn't it feel good to watch that worry float away?
It might be gone forever.
But if it comes back,
All you have to do is remember that it's just a thought,
And thoughts can be changed or let go of just like that bubble to help us feel better.
Now,
You can blow up as many bubbles as you need to with your magic bubble blower.
Put anything in there that's bothering you,
And watch as the wind carries the bubbles far away.
You can use this magic bubble blower whenever you need to,
Just by imagining it in your mind.
All the good in me sees all the good inside you.
Namaste,
Little yogis.
