Lie down on your back in a comfy,

Quiet space.

Close your eyes if you're comfortable and imagine yourself floating off to a very special place.

Feel yourself floating and gliding away as you let your body and mind rest and become very,

Very still and peaceful.

Imagine you have floated into a magical garden.

You can smell the beautiful flowers.

They are all around you and it is a relaxing place to be.

As you walk past the flowers,

You reach out lightly to touch their soft petals.

You keep walking through this beautiful garden until you come to a small,

Inviting-looking house.

You knock on the door and with your touch,

The door opens just for you.

You walk inside and see a kitchen with everything you need to make whatever you want.

There's a sign on the wall that reads,

Make Your Own Happiness.

Is it really possible to make your own happiness?

You look around and see a recipe for happiness on the counter.

All of the ingredients and tools you need to make it are there waiting for you.

So you decide to try and make some happiness to see if the recipe really does work.

You grab a giant mixing bowl and start adding ingredients one by one.

You add a cup of generosity to the mixing bowl,

A tablespoon of pride,

A quart of love,

And then a pinch of goodness.

You mix all these ingredients together with a giant whisk.

Now we pour in a pint of kindness and bake our mixture with smiles.

Then sprinkle it with patience and helpfulness on top.

As you finish your master creation of happiness,

You now can see that happiness can be created,

But not by things outside of us or stuff we buy at a store.

You can now see that happiness is created when we do and say nice things,

When we are helpful and generous.

Happiness is created when we share with others and love each other.

Happiness is created when we are proud of who we are.

So now you know the secret to making your own happiness.

You have a job to do.

Remember to keep this knowledge in your heart and also share it every chance you get.

Sharing what you have learned makes your happiness grow too.

Now you rest easily as you walk back outside and sit down in a nice comfy chair in the garden.

There is a lot of happiness all around here and inside of you too.

Let's take a few moments to be quiet now so we can peacefully enjoy all the happiness that surrounds us.

Remember you can mix up your own recipe of happiness anytime you need it.

It's always waiting and ready for you.

Take a big breath in through your nose and stretch your body out long.

Gather your palms together at your heart.

All the good in me sees all the good inside you.

Namaste little yogis.
