Begin by closing your eyes or just lowering your gaze.

Allow your body to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Now imagine that you're about to board your own private spaceship.

You'll be the captain of this ship and it will take you anywhere in space.

You want to go.

You climb up the ladder and buckle yourself into the rocket tight.

The dashboard in front of you is full of controls and all lit up.

You choose the control that says outer space tour and the rocket starts to engage.

As you exit earth's atmosphere you can see your house getting smaller and smaller as you fly away.

You feel the coolness of the moon as you pass its surface.

Up ahead you see Mars.

You aren't certain but you think you see something that might be waving at you.

So you decide to approach the planet for a closer look.

As you get closer you see a big furry creature smiling and waving but he begins to point a fizzle to your left.

They are so bright.

Large stars and nebulae into something that is really really bright.

That's when you realize you are now floating through the Milky Way.

As you start to approach the cosmic web of our universe your rocket blinks a light to let you know you need to return to earth to get more fuel.

You'll have to save the outer edges of our universe for another adventure.

The dashboard flashes a light that offers you to travel by light speed.

If you press it you decide to give it a go.

Beautiful streaks of rainbow colored light streak past the windows as you travel the speed of light back home to earth.

Your landing is so smooth you don't even realize that you've landed for a moment.

Now open your eyes and gently stretch your arms and your legs.

Maybe let out a yawn or a sigh.

Ah all the light in me sees all the light in you.

Namaste little yogis.
