Begin by allowing your body to feel comfortable and still.

Close your eyes if you'd like and start to take some slow breaths in and out through your nose.

Each breath you breathe in and out helps you feel a bit more relaxed until your body feels totally relaxed and comfortable.

As you lie there completely still,

You see a door appear just in front of you.

You hear a quiet knock at the door and you slowly walk over to answer it.

I'm going to just actually start over a band from where I paused to the long pause.

As you lie there completely still,

You see a door appear just in front of you.

You hear a quiet knock at the door and you slowly walk to answer it.

As you open the door,

Something swoops towards you.

You can't see it but whatever it is,

You can feel it.

As you sit for a moment with it,

You realize what it is.

You are feeling sadness.

Sad thoughts have come to visit and you can feel them in different parts of your body.

As you sit with the sad thoughts,

They silently let you know what they need.

They let you know that sad thoughts are normal and all they want is to feel like they belong.

After you sit with the sad thoughts for a moment,

You see a box on the ground up ahead.

You walk towards the box.

As you get closer,

You see a note over the box.

You pick up the note and read it.

It says,

This is your box.

Sad thoughts feel peace in here.

When they come to your door,

Embrace them without fear.

This box will hold worries and feelings you don't want near so they don't weigh you down and smiles can reappear.

You open the lid and add any sad thoughts you have now to the box.

Don't worry,

The bottom is magic and it will keep stretching so you can fit them all in.

Keep putting sad thoughts in there until they're all gone.

Now close the lid.

Take a big breath in through your nose.

Then open your mouth and let all the air out.

Take another big breath in through your nose.

Open your mouth and let it go.

Take another big breath in through your nose.

Open your mouth and let all the air back out.

All the light in me sees all the light in you.

Namaste Yogis.
