Softly close your eyes,
Relax the muscles of the face and allow yourself to be in this present moment.
Just exist.
Notice your breath.
Allow thoughts to come and go.
This brief meditation is to channel and acknowledge our inner uniqueness.
More often than not,
What makes us different or unique from the rest of the world and the human race is often fought with judgment or misunderstandings.
I encourage you to celebrate your differences and your uniqueness.
It's what paints the world around you.
It's what colors your lenses.
It's what makes you uniquely you.
Even if you're at a moment in your life right now where your uniqueness is not appreciated,
Honor that individuality within you.
Laugh at yourself,
Celebrate your quirkiness,
Respect that you are reserved or outgoing,
Believe that you are assertive,
Give yourself grace.
You are exactly who you were meant to be.
Stay here in this present moment honoring and celebrating you for as long as you need.
And in your own time,

Softly open up your eyes,
Have a soft gaze off the bridge of your nose and come back into this space.
