Find a comfortable seating position.

Gently close the eyes.

And allow yourself to cultivate a sense of peace.

The breath grows deeper and deeper as the lungs fully expand and collapse.

Create a rhythm with your breathing.

A rhythm that is solely unique to you.

In this time and in this space,

You are one with your breath.

Your breath is one with you.

The heart rate slows.

Your breath grows cooler.

Allow the life to be reborn with your breath.

The prana going throughout the body in all the areas that you need it most.

Give yourself this minute of peace.

And we will connect again.

And until then,

Breathe easy friends.
