Find a comfortable posture and softly close the eyes.
Begin to notice your breath,
The cool air as you inhale through the nostrils and exhaling out of the mouth.
Allow yourself to be a witness to your breath without judgment,
Without changing or altering where your breath resides today and in this moment.
Affirm to yourself that you are safe and you are worthy.
The world speaks in toxicities and negative statements every moment of every day.
You may be struggling with past experiences,
Family members or friends who may have once told you that you are unworthy or undervalued.
As you continue to breathe,
Affirm for yourself that this is not the true you,
The true self that resides underneath all of the power and all of the light that is already within you.
The true you is worthy,
Safe and valued.
Allow your breath or the prana to be your life force in times when your mind may tell you or resort back to the world's perception of you.
This is not truth and the truth resides within you.
You are safe,
You are worthy and you are loved as you are.
Allow your breath to sink deeper within the belly.
Allow any tension that may be living within the body in this moment to melt away and come back to it each time even if it only melts away for a moment or two.
Begin to put these truths to your breath.
On the inhale,
Say internally,
I am loved and I am worthy.
On an exhale,
Let out any and all the lies that may still reside within you,
Sometimes stealing your truth and what you believe in.
You can exhale out,
I am not all of the world's lies.
Inhaling I am loved and I am worthy.
Exhaling I let go of all the world's lies.
